Excellent, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, the only thing is the front office staff didn't want to give extra door access card which is only one card, it's hard for my family to go out by batch.

Hotel location is extremely convenient while you traveling Malaysia by train as the train station just next to the hotel and you can walk across the footbridge inside the hotel to the station, that’s so good in rainy days. A shopping centre just next to the hotel, whatever you eat and shopping is always easy. Room is clean, pillows and bed are comfortable.

Modern and very nice 4 star hotel in central of kuala lumpur. Parking is chargeable at RM10 per day. A lot of parking bays available and car park is spacious.
Check in was fast. Room size is huge. Bathroom is huge too. Mattress and pillows are comfy. Very value for money room in my opinion.
Buffet breakfast spread is good and has a lot of selections including coffee machine.
Thank you for the birthday deco and cake. Very nice wonderful gesture from the hotel. Overall this is a good modern hotel in kl city centre. Highly recommended.

Very good location with the KL Sentral transportation hub just a stone throw away. Room is spacious with basic amenities. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very convenient location! Breakfast buffet have alot of variety to choose from and tasted good. But do take note if you are a light sleeper as the nosies of train and car moving can still be heard from 15 floor (which i stayed).

Location was good.
Really lacked service. Room was not cleaned 1st day. On 2nd day housekeeping came after 5pm even though rooms were been cleaned opposite and next day. I was out all day but felt they came when I was in the room to get a tip. Again the next few days same one day not cleaned and other day cleaned very late and bins not emptied.
Pool area was nice but lacked staff, felt had menus for drinks and food was by the pool area it would have made me wanting to order. Missed opportunity.
