The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station and NU shopping mall, making it easy for us to access the train. The room was a perfect 10/10, and the service was equally exceptional. The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, creating a friendly atmosphere. Although we didn’t get to use the swimming pool due to rain all day, the safety measures here are rated 10/10. The hotel also features a gym and swimming pool. We enjoyed a wide variety of options for breakfast, which was great. It’s easy to catch a Grab from the hotel lobby, and there are convenient stores at both the NU mall and the train station.

Strategic location, near public transportations, straight to mall and easy access.. Nice, comfy room with good housekeeping. Delicious in room dining & their staff very helpful. They have locker room with cctv to keep luggage after check out. Definitely going to return again in future!

The check-in until check-out service was excellent. The room spacious and clean. The breakfast good with option like ‘laksa sarawak’ which i think i never could have imagine having it in KL.

its a good location for those on a short trip to KL. Taking the KLIA Ekspres to KL Sentral and then a 5 min walk to the hotel (if you know the shortest path else follow google map to direct you). You have NU Sentral that is linked to the hotel or a one station ride on the KTM to Midvalley Mall. on the roof top is an infinity pool that you can use and enjoy the night view, or having a drink by the pool with a nice night view. The room is clean and spacious.

Repeat stay. Very well located within the KL Sentral itself. Well connected to many railway lines buses and malls.

Second time stay at Aloft, strategic location just right opposite kl sentral and beside NU shopping mall, walking distance to office. This trip not happy with the cleanliness, toilet not so clean this time and tea bags open ….. Friendly and helpful staff
