I recently stayed at 8 Kia Peng Residences, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the Bukit Bintang shopping district and KLCC, making it an ideal choice for those who want to explore the heart of Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the essentials for a convenient stay. The WiFi was impressively fast, which is a big plus for work or streaming. I appreciated the simple kitchenware provided, including plates, cups, forks, spoons, a microwave, and even cooking pots—perfect for preparing light meals. The swimming pool was a highlight, offering a great spot to relax, and there’s even a playground for kids, although there is an additional fee to use it. Free car parking is another added bonus, which is quite rare in the city. On the downside, the toilet was smelly during my stay, indicating it might not have been cleaned properly after the previous guest checked out. This was a bit disappointing and something the management should improve. Additionally, there are no restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance, so it’s best to stock up on essentials before returning to the hotel. Overall, 8 Kia Peng Residences is a great choice for its location, comfort, and amenities, with just a few areas needing attention. I’d still recommend it for anyone visiting Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur!

8 Kia Peng Residence by WSD offers great value for its location, with spacious, clean units and all the essential amenities. However, the facilities cater mostly to families with small children, and there was a noticeable foul smell from the drainage, likely due to unoccupied units sharing the same pipes. Overall, a good stay for its price and convenience.

The unit is spacious provide 1 queen sized bed and another room with single bed. It is clean provide with hair dryer and toileteries. To improve on providing iron and iron board to guest.

Construction noise starts every morning at 9 in the evening until 17:00 in the evening. There is a swimming pool on the 8th floor. Unfortunately, the pool is closed. No necessary information was provided. There is lukewarm water instead of hot water. The apartment was very clean. The apartment is perfect. The bed is super.

The location was strategic, near to famous place like Pavilion. The staff was friendly, good assist and guide .. me and my family comfortable stay on this property..🫰🫰

Good view but alit bit far from pavillion

Near KLCC and Pavilion mall. Just that booker must be aware it is not under developer hence cant stay at receptionist area while waiting for check in. Overall clean and good location.

The pool was closed not listed on the site when booking. Service was good but a lot of emphasis placed by our contact about keeping the place clean which is obvious to us. She was though very helpful with the TV/Netflix and providing us a loaner plug converter as their plugs are different from the rest of SE Asia. The traffic/security person was great as well. I would suggest that they have a some coffee, tea and condiments available for the guests. The location was awesome! Shawn Golden, BC Canada

Overall all is good.. if can provide some refreshments like tea / coffee sachets would be great . Plus can provide floor mat at the bathrooms . Tq .. nice view from the living hall window.

Very helpful staff , no contact but still very fast responds , I love the place and location is very near to everything , the only thing is building is located not really comfortable , so you need to walk around 10 min out of it to reach Main Street , but service is amazing , the apartment is super clean and big
