It's very big and luxurious. The price-performance ratio is really high. It's about 100 square meters. There's an infinity pool on the top floor. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews, but I think I will stay here again next time.

This is not a hotel, more like a Airbnb . Food way overpriced and terrible. Service in all areas, terrible. Whole place is overcrowded and you will spend your time either waiting for a lift or in one . DO NOT RECOMMEND. Stay elsewhere,,,, anywhere else

This was our second stay at Deface Platinum Suites. The first was one night enroute to Bangkok, we loved the hotel so much we went back for 4 nights last week. It is centrally located only a 10RM Grab ride from most attractions. This time we booked a room with tower views. Not the Petronas towers but KL Tower and Merdeka 118 Tower (now the tallest in KL) So pretty, when lit up at night. For a stunning view of all the towers you can enjoy the pool deck. I enjoyed morning and evening swims for different views. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. No room safe though, which made me a little uncomfortable but everything was fine. Rooms are cleaned daily if you turn on the green clean room light. Be aware you must leave a 500RM security deposit. This was made clear on our booking and having stayed before I was prepared with a $100 note which made for a smooth check in. The delays checking in seemed to be people who were not aware of this. Food at the hotel is expensive. We ate there on arrival as we had been up since 3am. It was a good sized portion though and tasty. At 80RM per person for breakfast, we gave it a skip and had breakfast at the Hilton instead where we paid 89RM for 2.

1) Door knob not working (contact the person in charge via Whatsapp they fixed) However the moment we are going home it broke again.. 2) Tv channels too limited.. all need to rent or need to subscribe 3) Faulty Iron board.. until i accidentally burnt shirt due to the metal rod underneath the board was protuding out. 4) living room Aircon cannot be set to cool mode only fan mode. The only thing can be enjoyed was the bathtub.. which way better than the swimming pool "deep blue" but murky and not clean water..

Cheap chinese hotel with cost cutting everywhere. There is zero customer facing service it is all done through watsapp and the cleaning staff do nothing. They dont even speak english. They disrespect the guests and dont do anything correctly
