Booked a stay here while I have a conference to attend and for a staycation at the same time. Location is in the middle of bkt bintang, less busy street , but in walking distance to main malls like pavilion. However, the water pressure is kind of low, so flushing of the toilet is a bit hard. The shower head in my room couldn’t be position properly so. And the shower screen is not a full screen so if you use the shower longer probably the toilet floor would be kinda wet. Else than that, a decent place to stay. Oh, entrance to parking can be a bit tight if you are driving a big car.

We had a wonderful time at ParkRoyal. The staff were always friendly and accommodated to our requests. The location was great, nearby lots of malls and food within a walkable distance and the stay was very comfy and worthy for this price point! We would definitely come back to stay here again :)

Came around 4pm and there was a queue and it was rather slow as they had some issues with the system. Got this on promotion around $80 so it was worth it but i it would not have been so if i was full price qs i was given the room at level 1 and the noise in the morning kept me up.
Room is also rather small.lnas the toilet is almost the same size as the room

New hotel with nice design at strategic location, near to train station, Central of Bukit bintang and rounding with restaurants and shopping mall. But the check in very slow, room abit small if u want to hv extra bed. Extra bed RM 162 net is without include Bfast. Extra Bfast need to add another rm85 and the Bfast just simple normal. Abit disappointed

Second time in 3 months.. need I say more? This time round we were given a room on the same level (11th) but facing the pool instead of Times Square. I think (psychologically), it was quieter. If you are easily awaken by noise of the crazy KL traffic, you may want to request for a room that faces the pool/ away from traffic.

Great location, next to shopping malls and also a amazing Food court so no need to worry about not being able to find good food!

- Location is central and walking distance from Pavilion mall. But downside is that the roads are pretty jammed and calling a grab will mean a 20 mins wait at least
- Room looks good and clean, and there is filtered water (tap) provided (note no plastic bottles given). However the showers are always flooded as drainage isn’t good. And I was in a room where the toilet faced the carpark and feels very exposed. I had feedback this and was given another room though it was a downgrade from what I had originally booked, but at least I wouldn’t be exposed when using the toilet
