This is an old hotel which is located just a stone throw away from Avenue K and around 5 mins walk to KLCC. Very strategic location. The hotel itself is old and you can see it from the design and furnitures at the lobby as well as in the room.
My twin sharing room is quite spacious but the water outlet of the bath tub is semi stuck. Shower water took some time to fully drain from the tub. Water pressure from the shower is great though. The shampoo and shower gel provided were so little that I finished them in just one shower! Yes, they came in very small plastic bottles! I called to request for more and it took 3 calls to the reception/housekeeping for them to deliver these along with 2 additional bottles of mineral water.
My room was on the 5th floor and the window is facing the small lane from the main road. Even so, the noise from the roads were quite loud and will be a problem for light sleepers.

The room is not bad, clean although the window curtains have some stains (?). The location is great actually, very near the twin towers, a walking distance to nearby malls. A 3-min walk to Plaza OSK, the reason I chose this hotel in the first place since I had business there. Overall, recommended.

Top notch hotel. Everything was perfect. The kids and I loved the luxurious atmosphere, the super friendly and attentive staff, and the delicious breakfast options. The staff had a genuine smile and helped us with everything including treating my sprained ankle. The location is ideal as it's situated very close to the Petronas Twin Tower (walking distance) and the twin tower mall. You can adjust get the KL hop on hop off bus to explore the city right at the Twin Tower Mask next to the hotel. There's also a food court right next to the hotel that has very good food for as low as 16 MYR and there's live music. Would definitely recommend. No complain. Satisfied.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walking distance from Suria shopping mall and twin towers. The towels are not clean enough, room is pretty old with a dirty room carpet. The hotel wouldn’t provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers unless we request them. However, the only reason we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights was because it was budget-friendly for an excellent location.

Super experience for me. The room is very clean and tight. The breakfast buffet is nice and yummy. All the staff is very friendly, even the security officer.

The location of the hotel is very strategic as it is very near to the place I'm visiting. The hotel is not new but everything is well maintained. The staff are friendly.

I was being double charged for tourism tax upon check in. I have raised my concerns to relevant email provided by receptionist Trinigar but no reply for the email. Location is good but the rooms and facilities and corridors are poorly maintained. Strong damp carpets smell along corridor and inside the rooms. The hotel rooms really need revamp and major repairs. But great deal for those who use Aeroline Coach for KL-SG trips.

We love KLCC and wanted to share our joy with family (3 generations). We booked for an overnight staycay over year end school holidays (early March). For the first time we appreciated an "ol skool" hotel within vicinity of KLCC where there is a kids' pool, much to the delight of our 6yo niece (petit) who feels safer in the shallow pool where all little kids can congregate and mingle. Then there is the bathtub in every room! We were in room 420 with big bed and good view of the pool and KLCC. Other 2 rooms however faced Ceres (showroom). Location is perfect, beside a mamak, stone's throw from Avenue K (Lrt) and KLCC. Walking distance to Saloma bridge, Ampang, The Linc, HopOn HopOff buses, list happy goes on. Feedback in kind: Parking area smells dank and can be a bit overwhelming. If this can somehow be improved, then it would be perfect! 😊 Note: We didnt opt for the buffet hence cant comment on food. We did order room service of Fish and Chips and kids nugget set, it was ok as we were ravenous. Definitely choice hotel too for those who board the aeroline to/from Singapore as its KL stop 😊
