After a long and tiring trip arriving from Chengdu City, we are glad we managed to get such a wonderful hotel night stay here in #swing&pillows hotel strategically located here in the fringe of KL... Super convenient surroundings with multiple shops, cafe & restaurants to satisfy our every need... Staffs were super friendly ensuring we get first class treatment...

Very nice stay. Room is clean and comfortable. I heard the new management just took over this hotel, so some of the things are not ready yet. The hotel is situated near to alot of eating places, cafe, fine dining, desert cafes are just walking distance from the hotel.

The room is great and value for money what you pay and what you get and I really love this place. The staff in reception in the morning shift was really helpful and great. She has great hospitality. She is friendly and nice. I would definitely RECOMMEND THIS PLACE~~~

The floor was sticky as if no one did the cleaning. The room is really small. Not worth what you're paying for. Won't come back again for sure.

Very dirty blanket with 2 red stains, changed another room could see dirty stains on bedsheet.

The upgrading of the hotel is much better. A strategic location where food related is there for muslim and non muslim
