No toothbrush was provided
You need to bring your own toothbrush .
The TV seems having some monitor problem
and noise came out from tv .
I think hotel should improve n provide a new tv.
Overall we enjoyed our staycation.

I really love the hotel. It's in the city but somewhat hidden from the hustle bustle. The hotel is not huge but enough. I stayed with my family for one night for our staycation in KL. We stay in the double queen room. The room is so spacious and so clean. I am worried since there are few reviews stating how they should improve their cleanliness but during my stay I'm very very satisfied. The complimentery toiletries however make me question why should we ask for toothbrush instead of just placing it there. I mean, quite an essential isn't? The breakfast doesnt come together with the room that I booked so we add on separately. 1 adult costed RM25. Is it worth the price? Hmm... for me, not really. They could've put more varities on the pastry. But the taste so far is satisfactory. Service is good too just wish that the concierge a bit more friendlier. He's not unfriendly, just a bit more friendlier will be nice since you greet the customer, aite?

Best hotel! Very comfortable king sized bedroom and easy access. Bilik besar and ada fridge. Pool pon best sesuai for me yang ade small kid. Location senang cari and 10min je dgn mytown ikea. Hotel pon ada sediakan parking space and only 5 floor so x tinggi and senang. Easy check in and check out proses. No deposit needed when i check in
