The parking for this hotel is managed by the hotel valet at RM10/vehicle per stay as the building doesn’t have its separate parking area and you will have to leave the keys to them which is fine as no issue arises during my stay with regard to my car. The check in process is smooth, breakfast choice is a bit limited but the service provided by the staff is top notch. Room is clean but the TV channels provided from the viewing selection is also limited. The surrounding area has various options for dining, from locals to other variety of cuisine, so the guest can choose to dine and/or have breakfast outside of the hotel instead which is reachable by foot. The location is also nearby a monorail station and not far from other attractions.

Many eateries around the hotel within 5-10mins walk
Cons
Toilet floor can be really slippery when wet, only towel mats are provided but not slid proof.
Not much of a view from room but can go up to infinity pool at top floor for better view.
Drain flies at shower area. Really unexpected for the kind of room and hotel I am booking. Everything was good except this.

I recently stayed here and I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable—everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, situated in a convenient area close to key attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city.
The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. As for the amenities, they were top-notch, offering everything I needed, from a well-equipped gym to a relaxing spa. Room clean, bed comfortable, bathroom water is amazing and sense of smell is good. Breakfast is simple, but is good enough to begin your morning.
Furthermore the rooftop pool is nice too.
Overall we have great stay here, definitely we back someday.

One of my best hotel experiences yet. The staff were exceptional and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The pool and bar were relaxing. The lunch on the first floor was also very good.
The hotel is in a very convenient location. All of the main city sights is about a 20 minute walk away. Petronas Towers, Central Market, Chinatown, Little India, KL Tower, Pavilion Mall and the food street were all a 20 minute walk from the hotel.
I’d recommend for anyone staying in Kuala Lumpur.
