The hotel’s location is excellent, close to popular attractions and easy to access. However, the room was disappointing – it felt unclean, and I had to kill a few baby cockroaches during my stay. With better cleanliness and attention to detail, this place could be a much better option. View from pool is awesome

I always stay in this hotel whenever I vist Malaysia. They are located near KLCC and you can easily walk to Metro station.

Facilities quite good.Service lalso nice but we have to pay 150 MYR for early morning check in at 6AM 😥. I think check in time is very late.Breakfast is buffet but not many choice .Rooms are cleans enough.

The apartment is in a great location, only a few minutes walk to Suria KLCC which makes it really easy. They also have the drop off/pick up point for cars off the road and so it’s easy with the kids and luggage.
The apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable. You have to remember to turn on the water heater at least 15 mins before you want a shower or bath but as long as you do that, the water is hot. The TV in the sitting room is a smart TV and so you can watch Netflix and Disney Hotstar if you have accounts.
The breakfast is very basic and if you get there after 9 they will likely have run out of some of the options. It was good enough though for our needs although if you have kids who like something particular, I would bring it with you and we bought coffee down the road because it really wasn’t nice.
Overall, it suited our purposes and I would stay here again.
