The hotel are so clean and all the office are so nice and we love malaysia. Uh if you come to museia first time you canChoose this hotel and is near to the downtown and it's very happy

This hotel is quite clean so far and I happy with that. Customer need to bring own toothbrush set and also the comb as no provided.. I hope the service can be improved better .

Location is strategic. Near to shopping mall and easy access to food and beverages. For those who travelled by car, parking would be a problem because limited space. Near to LRT station. Overall i had a best stay here

Best staycation. Easy to find variety of food, lot places for shopping, easy to find grab & walkable to train station. Room is clean & spacious.

booked here for many times for my family, love the cleanliness and strategic place to stay at jalan tar, which is near to malls and shoplots. con only the parking spot is limited recently. cant park. overall bery good experience here. def will book again in the future

Need to replace carpet everywhere. Its ok for the price because of location. Bfast was terrible. Dried fried wings w/cucumbers, watered down punch & coffee. Non- guest hanging out at front doors. Place ok if you're broke.

It was my third time in this hotel. The hotel is very good. Super clean and the location is perfect to go to anywhere. In my opinion it's located in downtown. I think it's a cultural problem that people love to go out to the corridor and talk, and also throwing the door and they don't care anything, my last day in the hotel some people were talking loudly and it was very annoying because it was midnight. I called to reception and nobody answered. Also pity that hotel doesn't have a restaurant, it will be amazing if they have Thanks MPalace I have good time...

Hot water is not working, the windows are leaking, the ceiling paint drops. Not really worth that money 😥😥

Great location and excellent value for money. My room was clean and only downside was it was stocked with one towel the shower towel. Wish there were hand and face towel. The gym was alright, but there were small 🪳 climbing around in the gym. There is a night market right behind the hotel, so yeah the location is awesome. I would recommend this for a budget traveller.

Room was clean, bed was comfy and near to lrt station many restaurant nearby.

Room - clean, lights, tv, air conditioner, water heater (all in good conditions), pillow so good but need to add another one. Lift - clean and in good conditions. Staffs - good, especially one of maintenance guy who greet me to make sure everythings ok. Parking - can park nearby (private/paid parking) or take grab or public transport because they do not have enough parking because the limited hotel space. Reception/lobby - clean, lot of seat so you can seat while waiting. Gym - i just read the notice in my room. They just have gym in the hotel at level 3 but need to ask for assistant first. Overall for this hotel really satisfied as per location and price. But I do not know if later the price rise up and become not worthy for your penny.

Parking very limited. U have to park another place near swiss hotel. It cost me rm37.20 for a day. Plus, I think hotel staff should be more friendly n welcoming. Smile lebih sikit would be better for your clients.
