Good service and environment

Master not comfortable. Some spot on pillow case towels not looking nice.

Receptionist: Polite, speaks English but no Chinese Building security: I can only say that they are too responsible. All check-in personnel must register their passports and swipe their room cards when entering or exiting the elevator. The bed is too soft, my back hurts from sleeping on it, the towel is too hard Cleanliness: There are some minor problems, there is mold on the toilet wall, and the air conditioner has a musty smell. Wifi is very poor The place where the laundry detergent is placed in the clothes washer was not properly cleaned, it was full of soap scum. No discussion

This apartment is rather dilapidated. On the first day of check-in, the air conditioner was off, and the TV could not be seen. Although a staff came to repair it, the air conditioner did not turn off again, but the TV could not be seen. After staying for 7 nights, only 3 nights were available. It turned out that there was an electrical problem with the TV. In the end, I didn’t call someone to fix it. The air conditioner in the room was dripping. It turned out that the whole house could not open the windows to avoid dripping. The mattress and sofa had lost their elasticity and were very wet. , Because it is near to Alai Street, Pavilion is very close, it is convenient for food and shopping, so I stayed here, but the room price is not flat, I will not stay again next time
