Chose to stay here because wanted to have a twin towers view from the bedroom and not disappointed. All everything were perfect from arrival until departure. Love all the staffs, foods and the room. If have a chance to visit KL again will not hesitate to go back here.

how passionate and well trained team, Smart guy Emal at the Concierge, which the best Concierge we ever expected, the complete service including the room tour, perfect !
We are thrilled to be treated as VIP with upgraded room, Mr. Shaff, well balanced of professional and sense of humor :)
Last but not least, the housekeeping team the gentleman and lady whom are doing very very very good and details job.

From the moment we step foot in the building, we can feel the warmth and attentiveness of each and every staffs working at the hotel The facilities were great and the room was simply amazing.
