I recently stayed at DT Hilton KL, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were quite impressive—spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional; the staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests.
The location is okay, offering decent accessibility to nearby attractions and transport links.
However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. While the spread was average, it lacked variety, especially for North Indian vegetarians. The options were quite limited, which might be disappointing if you’re used to a wider range of choices.
In summary, if you’re looking for comfortable rooms and good service, this hotel is a solid choice. Just don’t expect a lavish breakfast experience, particularly if you prefer North Indian vegetarian dishes.

I booked a non-smoking floor, but when I got there, I was given a smoking floor! The smell of cigarettes was so bad that my wife had trouble sleeping! The TV in the room I was given had problems! The wash basin was also blocked!
There is an employee named Haritz! I am really dissatisfied with his service attitude! At first he said my room was cancelled! Then he said there was a room! I said I booked a non-smoking room! But he arranged a smoking room for me!
This four-day, three-night stay was really unpleasant and stressful for us! Because we could always smell cigarette smoke! We will never choose this hotel again!

This is my 2nd time staying here. And 4th time under Hilton hotel chain. Love the location as it near to the train station. Breakfast spread is awesome & cleanliness is tip top! Welcome cookies is damn nice too 😍

Check in : The front desk is helpful and upgraded us to a Mountain View room as it was my boyfriends birthday. They even surprised us with a complimentary cake and balloons decoration in the room. And not forgetting the welcome cookie is a great touch and made us feel welcomed to the hotel. Also to share, I actually left something in the room which i only noticed 2 hours after check out, kudos to the team as they did manage to locate my item and return it back to me. Great service!
Room : The room was spacious and impressive with a great view of the mountain. Toiletries that were provided is of good quality.
Amenities : We used the gym that was provided and the equipment list is good for us to get a basic workout done.
Breakfast : The breakfast is great with a variety of food selection which gives you a lot of options. The kitchen is great at ensuring that every dish is constantly replenished which is greatly appreciated. One thing we noticed, is that the culture within the kitchen is great, and that is a sign of a well trained crew as they were constant being friendly and work together in harmony. A shoutout to the restaurant manager who is always helpful and accommodating to our requests as well as other guests, great job!
Location : Great & Convenient as the mall is just downstairs. And have few restaurants which was good and tasty.
Need to improve : the carpet in the room needs to checked and repaired. As we’re walking and hurt our leg from stepping on the nail which was used to keep the carpet in place. Thankfully there wasn’t any bleeding, but regardless there were minor injury to our leg from stepping on it. Something which blemished the overall experience of our stay.

We were greeted by the friendly staff once arrived and managed to check-in immediately. Room was very clean and service was top notch, with staff attending to our requests quickly! We also ordered some food one night and it really surprised me (so delicious). Highly recommended and will definitely consider staying here again ☺️

I had the best time with Double Tree by Hilton. I did request a simple deco to celebrate our belated anniversary and they did! Love it. Simple and sweet. To our surprise they welcomed us with a slice of cake that happened to be my favourite. Very clean room. The bed is comfy. The pillows are fluffy. The bathroom is clean. I enjoy my stay. My staycation package comes with dinner which I had a good time. Their satay is the best. Delicious. I also had some dessert from the Chinese restaurant which I forgot its name…very tasty (something to do with sweet potato) 🤔. And their varieties of breakfast were quite awesome too… I had Mediterranean couscous for the 1st time and it was delicious. Thanks again Double Tree by Hilton for the hospitality.
