It was a one-day stay but I was shocked at how terrible the place was. Firstly, the reception didn’t help with the luggage even though I insisted I am feeling very unwell and I have 2 big luggage’s and 1 carry on. They didn’t even hold the elevator. So if I could give a -50 I would. Next, the room looks like it wasn’t cleaned properly. There were stains everywhere which made my brain think where those stains came from. There were black ants on the table, bed and towels. I panicked and checked for bed bugs. I was more than happy to leave this place. And lastly, once again, the customer service providers need some serious training.
