Room is very nice and spacious. Residence itself is great but breakfast is a little strange as the restaurant is located in another building and variety is minimal. Not what is expected from Ascott especially when other Ascott are not like this. It seems like breakfast is outsourced. This is really disappointing. Didn’t enjoy the breakfast one bit especially when I recommended my business partner to stay at Ascott.

The location is near the brickfields, which is often referred as "little India", there you will have access to many South Indian restaurants and shops. Convenience stores were also nearby. The reception first gave us the wrong room, which was currently undergoing housekeeping. Then we were given the correct room and we stayed in. There was a a bit of smell in the room, but we turned on the aircon fully to let the smell to minimise. Breakfast was good. Location is also near to train station, KL Sentral. Could get a direct train to or from airport by just 35 mins

Wanted a hotel near KL Sentral but this hotel is near but not directly connected and had to walk on the roadside with our luggages to reach. We took a cab to KL Sentral when going back to our hometown. Maybe would be great for the younger ones but not us senior citizens. Overall, was a pleasant hotel stay with lovely room.

I was amazed. the room was so big and complete with utensils and appliances. There is a stove, complementary coffee and most of all, the bed was well kempt.

Staying at this hotel apartment hotel in Little India of KL Sentral was an incredible experience! The location couldn't have been better, with an abundance of restaurants, supermarkets, and malls just steps away. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Our spacious rooms were well-equipped and impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay for my family. The only downside was the somewhat limited breakfast options, but everything else was absolutely perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others.

We stayed here for two nights. Room was really big and clean, staffs were friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient, 5 mins walking for KL Sentral complex. Definitely recommend this hotel. Worth for you money, will come back again.

A tip for those walking from KL Sentral - enter NU Sentral and exit the mall near Sam's Groceria, Bibi's Popiah. Once outside, turn right and walk along the main road - Jalan Tun Sambanthan. You will reach Ascott Sentral within 5 minutes. There's a welcome drink dispenser and sweets in the lobby. There is also a self-service Starbucks kiosk in a corner. The opposite corner has a glass door which takes you into the office tower lobby, where you can find a cafe and a 7-Eleven (which doesn't operate 24x7 though). You can walk through a nice "sky garden" from the hotel side at L5 to reach the buffet breakfast cafe in the office tower or go via the office tower lobby if it's raining. Food variety was limited but alright for the low price. The staff were very friendly. There are 2 cafes next door should you wish to spend more. Room is nice and huge with nice shampoo and shower gel from Appelles. Comes with more appliances, crockery and utensils than you would want to use. Kitchen sink has a drinking water dispenser. Aircon is a bit too strong for me, even when temperature is raised and fan speed is lowest. Otherwise, mattress, comforter and pillows are good. Love the work desk, sofa, mirrors. There are bathrobes, hairdryer, iron and even an umbrella in the wardrobe. All in all very pleasant and well-equipped. Gym was very spacious and offers a great view. Swimming pool was closed for renovation/maintenance. GrabCar was easy although it's literally a 2-3 minutes walk to NU Sentral/KL Sentral. At night, you might find 1 or 2 food trucks along the main road, selling stuff like fried noodles/rice, nasi lemak or skewers. There is also a huge convenience store beside the main road, about 1-2 min away. Generally this is a nice and chill location which offers respite from the hustle and bustle and yet is not too far away from the convenience of it all.

The room service took away my bathrobe, and never replace with new one The room service never refill shampoo, conditioner and etc… asked reception few times, they didn’t not react on it…. So confusing

Room was fabulous! I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom premier. The only disappointment was the breakfast. Great room, amenities and location.
