In conclusion, this is a hotel you should never book. After contacting the staff to check in, they showed up 45 minutes later. You have to open it from inside the lobby to get in, but I almost fainted because it was so hot that I couldn't enter the lobby. The room they showed me was a cheaper model than the room I booked, so when I said no, the staff didn't even check and kept asking me, "What model did you book?" and was always arrogant. After arguing for a while, they moved my room. After 3 out of 7 nights, they suddenly came in the middle of the night and unilaterally informed me that I had to move my room the next day and left. The next day, the room I moved to wasn't even cleaned, there were rotting pieces of meat scattered in the refrigerator, the mats were all wet, and there was trash everywhere, so when I asked to change to a different room, they said that this was the only room left and that they had no choice, and they got yelled at me. After yelling at me to not say anything to him and complain through the app I made the reservation with, he threw the key and card key and left. In the end, I cleaned and threw away the trash myself. I mopped the floor myself, and I washed and reused all the pillow covers and towels. ㅠㅠ The employee was Bangladeshi and his name was Zwe*** I've traveled a lot, but this is the first time I've experienced something like this.
