Very clean and tidy. Quiet and peaceful surrounding. Host is very responsive. It has a water dispenser👍👍 also the lobby is very relaxing. Very worth it. Will definately visit again. Good job.

Hidden gem beside trx mall. Super close to trx mall. Just 1 minutes walk from the residence to the wall.
Host is very helpful. Super clean and new. Super cozy lobby.

The Core Residence is located at the centre of the downtown, right next to the Exchange CRX shopping mall. It's pretty close to many tourist sites such as the Twins Tower in Kuala Lumpur. Besides, it has cosy environment and boasts the open-air swimming pool and 360-vision gym. Good choice for a trip in the downtown of Kuala Lumpur.

Spacious one bedroom apartment with an open kitchen attached. Optional to have Sofa bed is in the living hall or flat mattress on the floor for more than two persons. The washroom is specious however sweeper, wet mop and two pails are lying on the floor, looks ugly.
No self check in and very much depending on the staff coming down to meet you outside the door just to past you a door key. No proper check in guide. Unexpected luxury stay without a proper arrangement of check in.

Two pristine apartments in a new build next to the exchange mall. Spacious and comfortable living with all new upholstery. Excellent communication with the host. 100% recommend.

The room was clean, the security guards were very friendly, even though we couldn't speak the language, they always smiled when they saw us. We reserved the swimming pools on the 7th and 50th floors of the community, but I couldn't understand why no one was there, what a pity. The location is also very good, with a shopping mall on the right hand side of the door. The housekeeper Xiaolin answered all the questions and was very patient.
