I recently had the pleasure of staying at your exquisite property. Without a doubt, the highlight of my stay was the impeccable customer service. From the moment I check-in, send me all the guideline and way to use for water heater, air-conditioning and etc. The residence boasts a range of facilities, including a pool, gym and sky deck (there is another charged). the luxurious bed further added to the overall excellent of the accommodations. I wholeheartedly recommend Imperial Residence to anyone reading this review. Thank you for creating a memorable experiences, and I took forwards to future visit.

Smooth luxurious check-in and check out procedure. The attention to details at this Residence was really great. I did expect a little more personalisation considering the ultra luxury status of this brand, but still experience was great. The unit is include washer and dryer, that was really helpful for me to clean all the dirty cloth after Gym. The bedroom is so comfy. The bathtub also part of my favourite for this unit.Highly recommended.

Short staycation here to relax myself after a stress work. The hallway to unit is quiet and it’s just nice like hotel. Inside the unit is like home, have kitchen utilities for basic cooking.. it’s not hotel but the residences above the hotel. It’s share building. It’s more worth for it. We enjoy and relax here.

Good location, big unit, well cleaned. Self check in with clear instructions given. The customer service is fast response. Make sure contact them to get the instructions for check in. The pool with good view. Can see twin tower from the unit and the pool side. Enjoy the view with my girlfriend to celebrate my birthday. Will come again next time. Worth with the price.

The bathtub is one of the main reason we booked and its really nice. The bedroom is very big, the sofa is comfortable. The kitchen have simple stuff for us to cook, but we didnt use it. Washing machine with dryer is super convenient for us.
