Spacious room for a family of 4, large and comfortable bed.
No kitchen equipment even though there is a stove, the stove is designed with low shelves that make users bump their heads on the edge a few times
No tissues, no face towels.
The bathroom looks clean but smells and the drain is clogged causing water to flood under your feet when showering.

Self-check-in means you are asking for flies to eat!
The room smells musty, the toilet stinks, the bed is dirty, bugs are running around on the floor, I got a rash after staying there for one night

The location is good, there are many restaurants downstairs, and it is convenient to eat. The transportation is also convenient, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to KLCC. The service is so-so. I stayed for two nights, and the amenities were not replaced. There was only one pair of slippers.
