We stayed in these apartments twice during our trip, the rooms were different, but in essence they are very similar. My impression of the stay is mixed.
On the one hand, the pros: the apartments are spacious, comfortable for a family (although both bedrooms have 2-beds, separate beds are more convenient for children). There is a kitchen, dishes, a washing machine and washing powder, an iron. The location is in the city center, about 10 minutes walk to the central park near the Petronas Towers, 15-20 minutes to the towers themselves (through the park).
A swimming pool with a gorgeous view on the 51st floor. True, the water is cool and in the evening there are a lot of people, everyone comes to take pictures.
24-hour contactless check-in, excellent support on WhatsApp, they send you check-in instructions with a video in advance, and on the day of check-in, the number and code of the box where the key is, the password to the door. All questions that arose were promptly answered on WhatsApp. They didn't take a deposit, they didn't check the room upon check-in.
On the downside: the apartment has some flaws. Everything in the room is very simple and budget, the mattresses and sofa are sagging. There are no towels for hands and feet (only large bath towels, they are also for the pool), no towel or rag for the kitchen, no clothes dryer. When we asked where to dry the laundry, they said that the washing machine has a drying function. But we turned on this mode twice, nothing dried. They took the laundry away wet, dried it in a new place. And we saw cockroaches...
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is neither a cafe where you can have breakfast, nor grocery stores. The nearest supermarkets are in the Suria shopping center in the Petronas towers or in the Pavilion shopping center, it is about 15-20 minutes on foot. It is not very convenient to carry a bag of water and groceries from there, or you need to call a taxi.
Also unclear rules in the building and rather rude security guards. The owner of the apartment sent us a video on how to get into the apartment, but the security guard did not let us into the hall, as we understood, you can not enter the central hall with luggage, we were sent through the back, where there are some dirty cardboard boxes on the floor. There is another nuance, this is neither a plus nor a minus, you just need to know: the water heater is turned on by the button next to the light switch in the bathroom, it is signed. It must be turned on to have hot water. We did not find it ourselves, asked the landlord a question on WhatsApp, thank God they answered us quickly))
