Stayed here for 2 nights. It was very quiet even though it was busy outside. The bed and pillows were comfortable and soft. The TV was ok as it was a smart TV. The wifi was good. The glass door to the bathroom was only partially tinted so you could see people using the toilet from the bed. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The room is clean and the staying experience is good. Water pressure is smooth and heater is consistent and working well.
Only negative feedback is the pillow is too high and very uncomfortable, not able to sleep well and there is no option for a lower profile pillow.

The hotel room is clean, new and bed is comfy. The location is very convenient as just right in front of bukit bintang and Jalan Alor food market just behind the hotel. Just one disadvantage, there is limited parking space for the hotel and we have to pay and park at outside open area parking lot. But for travellers from overseas should be a good hotel choice.

The hotel is newly built, location is very strategic and walking distance to every central spot like Pavilion and Lot 10.

I like the interior of the hotel. The hotel is clean. The location is near tu Pavilion, Jalan Alor and also MRT. The only I dislike is the noisy from the buskers.

My stay at Bintang Collectionz Hotel in Kuala Lumpur as a solo traveller was an excellent experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Bukit Bintang, making shopping and dining easy. The front desk staff was friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out. The elegant decor creates a relaxing atmosphere, and I appreciated the complete set of toiletries, including bathrobes and slippers. Very convenient to Pavilion, less than 5 mins walk, it’s situated at a very messy roadside, contrast to the buildings surrounding it’s a set of different oasis. Dotted with lots of massage palor but looks dodgy. Booked it for its aesthetic lobby and room. Room we got was quite small and have very bad noise installation windows - we couldn’t sleep well as the streets are bursting with music. It’s bad for families or those who seeks peace at night. Sweet touch of the lobby to offer free amenities and water.

Good to enjoy the stay. Trip com offers promotion for discount on vouchers. The location is so nice and convenient for seeking good restaurants and shopping malls. I would recommend coming back to this hotel for next trip in future. Breakfast is western style.
