Good location in KLCC, you can enjoy the good views of the Twin Tower in the swimming pool. It just takes 10 minutes to go to the Tower. The apartment is very comfortable to live and the staff kindly offer you a great experience!

Never stay here again! First time stay was few weeks ago and their access card not operational, the person in charge have to give us their main an access card. Overall was a pleasant stay just for a night. This time was our 2nd time staying for 2 night. Check in late at about 19:30hrs. However, seem like the access cards issue wasn’t resolved. Got to wait in the room for almost an hour 1.5hrw before we can go out for our dinner. Parking is horrifying, keep changing and changing due to access card keys issues; end of it give me us their main access card again to access. Checking out should be usually smooth however not as expected due to parking gantry issue. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A HOTEL and they do not have any hotel systematic management. Waiting to someone to give you keys take times, checking out take times, security at carpark seem to be good but it’s a very lame system which have multiple gantry. Overall rating is HORRENDOUS, never stay at such places again. PS: DONT BE FOOL WITH KLCC VIEW IN THIS ROOM. Kali pertama menginap beberapa minggu yang lalu dan kad akses mereka tidak beroperasi, orang yang bertanggungjawab perlu memberikan kami kad akses utama mereka. Secara keseluruhan adalah penginapan yang menyenangkan hanya untuk satu malam. Kali ini adalah kali ke-2 kami menginap selama 2 malam. Daftar masuk lewat kira-kira jam 19:30. Walau bagaimanapun, nampaknya isu kad akses tidak dapat diselesaikan. Kena tunggu dalam bilik hampir sejam 1.5hrw baru boleh keluar makan malam. Tempat letak kereta adalah mengerikan, terus berubah dan berubah kerana isu kunci kad akses; penghujungnya berikan saya kad akses utama mereka sekali lagi untuk diakses. Semakan keluar sepatutnya lancar tetapi tidak seperti yang dijangkakan kerana masalah gantri tempat letak kereta. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN BAHAWA INI BUKAN HOTEL dan mereka tidak mempunyai sebarang pengurusan sistematik hotel. Menunggu seseorang untuk memberi anda kunci mengambil masa, memeriksa keluar mengambil masa, keselamatan di tempat letak kereta nampaknya baik tetapi ia adalah sistem yang sangat pincang yang mempunyai berbilang gantri. Penilaian keseluruhan adalah MENGERIKAN, jangan sekali-kali menginap di tempat sedemikian lagi. PS: JANGAN BODOH DENGAN PEMANDANGAN KLCC DALAM BILIK INI. PANDANGAN KLCC DARI KOLAM TIDAK HEBAT SEPERTI YANG DIIKLANKAN.

The apartment is very close to KLCC. The view is very beautiful. The check-in process was a little bit slow, and the capacity of waiting chairs in the Lounge was very limited. But overall I feel satisfied being able to stay here.

Pros: Good location. New residence hotel (open in year 2023) and clean. Free parking. Cons: simple reception. Limited room service. Gym room and swimming pool are small.

The room is so pretty and comfortable but the floor is so dirty. maybe the previous customer use a shoes in the residence and it looks like they didn’t mop the floor for the next customer to check in. and there’s a lot of rubbish under the couch. For the check in, it took almost 30 mins for use to get the keys….

One more stay in this great apartment. Super quiet and comfortable. Staff on top. I highly recommend.

We have moths and lots of flies in the apartment. Pretty new but do not expect service residence type of service. Lester was very helpful and went all way out to assist with our requests.

Very nice residence, suitable for Families and Couples near to KLCC

We had a great deal and a good stay in this place. It's fancy for this price. Even though we had slight issues during our stay but the staff was very responsive. I would recommend this place.

Affordable, the room layout is suitable, and three people are not crowded at all.

It was an impromptu trip for me and my family. We had a midnight check-in and the staff was nice. The service apartment is clean and per the photos. Recommended for families to stay.

Terrible management!! Booked room with Twin Tower, there wasn’t view. Spoken to the lady who lead us to the room，to change to the correct room. She mentioned will talk to manager, never get back to us and couldn’t find her either. There is no concierge could keep luggage, the guy who keep luggage at level 41, gave the phone number never could call through. He mentioned would give change when we pickup, but no one give it back, we’ve been overcharged. Won’t book again! No toilet treat in the room either, pls bring shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Toothbrush is provided.
