The location is good. The swimming pool is on the 51st floor. You can see the KLCC by the pool. Such a romantic view. The room is big and clean. The bed is soft. Everything is great.

This place is one of the best places to stay and especially during the new year! The staff were super accomodating and we love how they are so polite and patient too!
View from the room was awesome too!
Will definitely recommend to anyone coming here as well as will stay here again!

Room was big and fancy. But one things is the toilet have smell which is the toilet smell in the room when u sleep if no close the door the smell can come out. The water not so hot.

Overall, I enjoyed and satisfied staying there 3D2N with affordable price. I might stay there again in the future. There's a room for improvement..maybe they can provide cold water for water purifier. ππ and please fix the plug in the bedroom. It's quite dangerous for kiddos. Forgot to inform the management.

I think one should not go for 1 day
Take a week stay over this hotel
And be at hotel enjoy the view from hotel
Go to take swimming and come back take rest
If you want to make something go by yourself.
You have all the things here for cooking food.
If you want to cook just bring your ingredients and food and make here
And the you can enjoy and no need to go out from here just enjoy.
My stay was very short but in future if I have time I will try to go here and stay at least a week

We enjoyed our stay here in this residence. Services specially staff that assisted us are very good. But what I don't want is the smell of the staff roaming around the building almost whole floor are covered. We stayed at 40th floor and the other room I think is the hostel or stockroom of staff. I just wanted to stay that we enjoyed the stay but hygiene of people is a must. Hope this will caught the attention of the management itself. I'm giving 5 star for the service!!

Nice apartment, good value for money. There was some sink leaking problem, but it was handled and resolved promptly. Very good view at the pool level.

Once arrived the curtain in 2nd bedroom already fall off. Need to wait 30mins for them to check which end up the repair will be done tomorrow. We had long drive and already settled in thus changing rooms really not helpful. Next morning the repair should start at 8 but actually arrived at 9 and drilling done in an hour. So troublesome to get some quite rest. Made another booking in april 2024 with same property but the sink was clogged. Management accuse us throwing food trash into the sink (like weβre that nasty). They dont even provide clear instructions when going to parking lot during our first visit. Stuck there for half an hour, they dont even bother to come and help us when we called. Came back here only for the pool.

There were some live cockroaches in the room. I wouldn't recommend it.

Entrance is tight and small. Not much room to move around. A lot of travellers moving in and out. Room is below average for the price. Limited toiletries and need to request all the time. I won't come back to this place again.
