It was a amazing stay at this place for me, the apartment was very clean with a amazing view . The roof top pool with a twin tower view was spectacular. I would totally re4commend this place 10/10 . will definitely visit this place again . It was just a 5 min walk from the apartment to the twin tower mall. Totally worth it.

Very rubbish B&B. The TV doesn't work. The air conditioner keeps leaking. The sanitation is only cleaned once every two days. The price is more expensive than a five-star hotel.

I booked by booking a “ Luxurious Apartment 3 Mins from KLCC Petronas view”. The check-in was a pain, no instruction received and luckily we had a Malaysian SIM card so we could make calls. You have to pay a deposit for the key. The apartment was not clean, hair in the shower, shower drain and cutlery drawer. Stains on the floor and mirror. There were still slippers from others. Duvet cover had stains and the cover had not been changed (there was still a book underneath from the previous tenants). There was no toilet paper, 1 cup and 2 glasses.... no warm water. After reporting nothing was done about it! NEVER book here!

A rather unethical business operator. So BEWARE. You may have paid a FULL fee for your room, but when you arrive your room may have been given up. And they said that the cancellation incurs no fee??!! I booked a room early and had a good rate. But according to the hotel (thru Agoda) they had double booked and cancelled my booking, without a cancellation fee. Upon checking my email, I noticed that it mentions that they requested for cancellation but if I ignored it, my booking will be kept. They cancelled it anyways and sent a email to my office mail which I’m on a sabbatical. I think I should receive a cancellation fee especially I received a shock when my guests arrived and said the room had been cancelled. In the last minute, I booked elsewhere more than double the price. What do you think? Should I be compensated for the difference and also the inconvenience? And now, it seems it’ll take a while to reverse the charges back to my credit card. My regret is that this establishment survived COVID, but I doubt they’ll survive an unethical route in business.

We arrived at the reception with a room booked months before. We had booked on Agoda. Star Residences Art Apartment KL, owner Alexander Polyakov, 5 nights. At the reception which is not a real reception but a station for the security guards, they tell us that we have to call the host. We send him a message on whatsapp and he doesn't respond even after viewing it. He also ends calls. Thanks to the kindness of the guard at the reception who lent us his phone, we immediately contacted Agoda. The host doesn't seem to be responding to them either. Moral cancellation of reservation. The option offers refund or other accommodation. We ask to find us another accommodation. In the meantime, time passes and it's getting dark. Do not book with this host, he is not serious at all. While waiting, I open the booking app and find a room in a residence that on the map seems very close to where we were. I pay in cash and I book. Residence klcc which fortunately are apartments in the usual building of the first. So there's no need to move. Fingers crossed in the hope that the host responds this time. He responded, came immediately and saved the day for us. Since it was 5pm on the same day, the price was really discounted. Agoda refunded us immediately. Apartment, nice, spacious, clean. Mitiu (I don't know if his name is spelled like that) was very helpful, he even got us a pot to cook pasta. The Petronas in sight, panoramic swimming pool on the attic, central area. I recommend this residence but please do not book apartments owned by Alexander in residence star one because you risk sleeping on the street. Opt for klcc residences and possibly with Mitiu which is a guarantee.
