2 bedrooms 1 toilet, ruang besar sesuai utk fmly. cuma toilet ada 1 saja. washing machine, microwave, peti sejuk 👍🏻 safety parking & kita dapat view swimming pool 😍

Room is spacious and well equipped with necessities. Location is superb, close to quite a few attractions.

It was ok, for the price. One thing to take note, sound proof was really bad, can hear almost everything especially noise outside.

Enjoyed alot for my stay here. The condo is very new, and i can assure you guys that this is the most economic stay in KL area for below rm100 price range, woth free parking. If u do not have a car, better pick other place. However my room floor is on 13A and the view is a mountain view with a mosque and malay cemetry

Excellent place for a short trip stay. However, the location is a bit far from the nearest bus and train stations.

Had an issue with the window and AirCon but service was good… maintenance came on time and did a good job… I was also allowed to check out late … as for the facilities, it has been well maintained .. I am a regular at this Airbnb

Very nice and secured location. Quite confused which lobby to go. Not given the instructions by the staff. But the staff quite helpful in WhatsApp group. Except that the towels are given quite late after being asked for about 4 hours to get.

Stay rumah type 2 bedrooms, tingkat 18 Tower A. Rumah agak kecil sesuai dengan harga yang ditawarkan. Bilik pertama katil Queen, ada almari dan cermin jenis Vertical. Penyangkut tuala dan baju tidak disediakan. Dalam almari hanya disediakan 2 hanger sahaja. Bilik kedua ada dua katil single dan kipas dan tiada Aircond untuk bilik yg kedua. Tandas hanya 1 sahaja dan berada di tengah-tengah antara dua bilik. Ruang living room ada Smart TV, Sofa, Internet Unifi 100mbps dan Aircond. Sekiranya ada Balkoni itu lagi mantap dan terbaik, tapi sedih, tiada Balkoni. Saya cadangkan kepada HomeBrickz selaku agen yg menguruskan homestay, mohon sediakan penyapu atau mop, sekurang-kurangnya kami sebagai guest boleh bersihkan rumah tersebut sebelum checkout. Deposit sebanyak RM200 dapat semula dalam tempoh 24 jam selepas Check-out walaupun pada hari Ahad agent tetap buat pembayaran semula deposit. Swimming Pool dan facilities lain berada di tingkat 8. Pool sangat cantik itu memang terbaik. Cuma Bilik Kids Zone tidak dibenarkan masuk kecuali kena booking dahulu dan tinggalkan deposit.

Had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The host was exceptionally welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. There’s 7 eleven and shops just below the block, there’s also gymnasium and swimming pool. Communication with the host was seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and charming place to stay!

Amazing facilites especially the pool and the gym. Room has a comfy bed and all the necessities. Easy checkin and was lucky to get the late checkout. Great value for the price and would def come back

I totally enjoyed my 4D3N stay. Sucha good location w food corner, mart, laundromat & zus coffee below. The apartment was clean & exactly shown in the pictures. Totally satisfied & highly recommended. - a deposit of 200 RM is required. - A/C only in the living room & master bedroom. - only towels & shower gel/shampoo are provided.

There is blood stain on bedsheets, asked for changed took quite a long while to it, lack of floor mat which still needs us to request. While check out time, due to our odd hours that the reception is not operating such followed instructions to drop the keys in their mailbox. Snap proof of key drop and waited for half a day for the acknowledgement (not chasing for deposit refund) called them and keep tell me they are busy having 80 check-in to do but does it a concern matter to consumer? I am just asking to check the chat group for acknowledge, yes still tell me when got time then will do.....If really lack of manpower do not operate the facility, we are not here to show empathy to you situation.
