I had to check in at the public lobby for ten minutes, then get the key from the safe for ten minutes, and then go upstairs to open the door for a long time but still couldn't open it. No one came to help me, and I didn't get into the hotel room in the end. I didn't get a refund even if I didn't stay. But in the end, Ctrip helped me coordinate.
