Had a good stay here. Nice view from 16th Floor. Check in and check out very smooth. We got 2 parking lot for free 😊 Recommended!

You need to swipe your card to enter the unit door. The security guard downstairs is very enthusiastic. The bed in the small bedroom is relatively small, a little small for one person to sleep on. It would be better if it was a little bigger. The light in the master bedroom is better, and the night view on the top floor is beautiful

I have lived here for a long time. There is a restaurant downstairs. The service is very good. The food is very clean and hygienic. It is also very cheap and safe. The people are very friendly. You need to use the room card to go upstairs.

A good aparthotel at a reasonable price. The most important thing is clean, comfortable, good view from the window. Convenient and fast check-in and check-out. The owner was always in touch. Next time I fly for a visa, I will stay here. Thank you

I had an amazing time at Neu Suites Residences by Five Senses with my friend. The pool view was absolutely breathtaking, and it was a highlight of our stay. Neu Suites Residences by Five Senses exceeded our expectations. I stayed with a friend, and we were blown away by the stunning pool view. The room was huge and had everything we needed, from Netflix for our entertainment to a washing machine for added convenience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. This is definitely a great place to stay if you're looking for comfort and luxury in the city.

I check in 17 & check out 18 june but till now still not received any booking refund . I dont know how long should i wait to get my money back . They give a lot of excuse because of that . Keep promise to follow up & refund already process but still nothing .

5 star review! Quiet, clean & organized. Easy to communicate. Highly recommended, great to be a part of it. Minimalist & compact but organized. Excellent facilities such swimming pool & gym that open 7am-10pm!! Will recommend this to other.
