the room is very clean. the front desk lady is very friendly and helpful.
however, the booking was too messed up:1)it says my booking was a day later than the date I arrived. But trip.com date was correct. front desk lady helped to squeeze out a room at the end. But I booked for window room, and they said no more, giving me room without any window! Yet nothing said about the difference in room price, no refund in any form! For this, it's difficult to give a rating though as one area was very good, while the other area was very bad..
The room was also very very small. It can fight with HK small room. The toilet door can't even be opened fully. see the photo
shower spray's pipe was leaking. the dangerous thing is that the leak is near to the heating element box and can spray. I think one fine day someone will be electrocuted. see photo

The housekeeping never come to the room although hanging the room cleaning tag on the door knob. The tv cannot work. The room is small but with basic things needed. Suggest the entrance door to be opened with access card instead of manually man open.

Staff are nice, room is clean and hotel location is strategic to go anywhere you want. However, please strictly train your staff to be better at reading customers online booking details. In my scenario, I was given the wrong room. I booked a room with window but instead got the one with no window and smaller room. Please improve your service. Thanks.

Room is very very small, sound proof is very bad, very noisy at the corridor. not recommend for long stay. however staff is friendly and helpful.
