These guys are scammers! We booked a One Bedroom apartment with an area of 52 square meters, but got a tiny studio, which has only a bed, something like a kitchen right next to the door and a bathroom that you have to squeeze into. No one even warned us about such a change when we checked in. After I asked for an explanation, they said that there were problems with the electricity in the one bedroom apartment and that we could move into it tomorrow. Naturally, they did not even think about compensating the difference in cost. It is good that trip.com representatives helped in this situation from their side. But even with them, the apartment owners did not contact. In terms of cleanliness, everything was ok. But in terms of comfort, it was terrible! There was shower gel and shampoo, but purely nominally — 10 ml microbottles. And now for the icing on the cake — there wasn’t a single glass or cup in the apartment. And when we asked for some, they brought different cups, and one had someone’s name written on it with a marker! The worst service I’ve ever encountered! I don’t recommend anyone book an apartment through Home Horizon! These scammers simply won’t give a damn about you!

I booked the 2 bedroom apartment for my parents and myself. The apartment was lovely, spacious, and clean. Beautiful view from my window at night. The apartment had everything I needed and was in good working order, a home away from home. The pools are amazing, and there are lots of common areas to explore and relax, spacious and comfortable. The security and staff are very helpful and accommodating. I had a health incident in the middle of the night, and security was there within minutes to assist my family. Centrally situated to go around with grab easily. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit.
