Good location. Nice room. Feels like new hotel because the management always maintain and refurbished from time to time. They also serve great food during breakfast.

The view from my room was so good. I feel peace in the big city. The room and service was superb. But lack on restaurant during breakfast on high demand. They didnt serve us. I need to find my own seat. Is hard to find on peak hour with stroller and toodler. Lucky had one service staff notice us and give us a seat. Breakfast is continental and a lot of choices. Check in / out smoothly. Even i came during renovation but it won't be difficult for us. I surely come again after fully renovation.

everything just fine big room and clean nice toilet many parking lot staff very good and helpful window : city view cons : difficult access from parking lot level 8 to lobby ( located at 9th floor) then need to using stairs to 10th floor lift to room

Very nice & satisfactory from the check in until the check out. The view from our room face to KL city, KLCC, TRX & KL tower. The breakfast so marvellous. Overall price so affordable. Tend to repeat again stay here.

I have stayed here multiple times, and this visit was no different from the others. This hotel is an excellent option in every aspect- from facilities to rooms to staff. I truly appreciate that, despite my reservation for a superior accommodation, I was upgraded to a deluxe room without paying extra. Thank you and well done.

This 2nd time stay in sunway putra hotel. This time for my birthday stay. They did room decorations for me and also surprised me by sending cake at 12am. It's means a lot to me. Thank you so much for celebrating me .

This hotel is easy excess putra mall shopiing mall . Easy for restaurant & window shoping . The mall is link with PWTC lrt station & easy to travel By lrt . . Hotel room super clean & front receptionist officer Ar very friendly .

Arrived @ 3pm. checked inn was smooth as usual. Not too many people. the view was amaze from my room. Cleanliness was acceptable. We severally time came here already and know the quality of the hotel was very good. Overall was a nice stay.

Everything in good condition inside putramall..near lrt station and my room facing klcc n kltower n pavilion hotel view

I love everything about the hotel. The location, the parking, the room and the hospitality. Location wise, it is strategically stated next to an lrt station. The hotel is easily accessible on foot or by vehicle. The parking is provided on level 5 to 8. However, during my stay, level 5 is under renovation. For easy parking navigation, just find the big signage to the hotel. The lift will bring u directly to level 9, the lobby area. The parking is complimentary for the hotel guests. The staff at the reception counter are friendly and assisting. I booked a Deluxe room but was upgraded to the Deluxe Classic room. Plus point! The room is spacious and i am very satisfied with the amenities. The breakfast was splendid too. Too bad i was there during the last hour. Make sure to be at the café earlier for a vast choice of food. Overall, i'm satisfied and 'll be sure to stay again at the hotel soon.

Celebrate Father’s Day here. The staffs were so kind and polite. Room is spacious with affordable price. Breakfast buffet got many range of food including Malay, Chinese, Indian and western
