It was a great place to stay but the location doesn’t appear on grab! However, while typing #36 Jalan Baba, it is ok to find out!

Great place to stay with nice staff near 7/11 and in a good location, lots of nice places to eat and shopping malls

The room I stayed is clean. This area is not so safe if travel with kids. Moreover, no parking places provided!

Clean & spacious Room, the wallpaper look old and torn the exhaust fan in shower room make noise. Walking distance to Lalaport & many foodie like ICC Pudu just nearby, will come back again😊

Awalnya kami dpt room yg the beattles, tp karna anak mau nya theme yg lucu, minta change room sama miss recepcionist, ************* dikasi room yg theme nya mcm kmr princess 😍 we're all soo happy 🥰

Not the same as the pictures. Room was not clean from previous guest. There was nails on the carpet. Dirty spots on the chair. TV was not working. I also experienced a terrifying scene of large group of rats running over the hotel window. It was a scary moment. Although I reported the issue to the hotel manager seeking a resolution. However, he does not seem to care about the issue. In my opinion, he could have handled the situation in a better way. After all, I do not recommend this hotel to other guests particularly in terms of the hotel location and room condition.

room is spacious and clean , just the shower need to improve, the shower for the hot water is not functioning properly. nearby to lrt and food stalls .

Good for stay behind bukit bintang just walk-in to go there and nearby shop and etc

Second visit with premier room and got upgraded to suite room I guess. Reception is friendly and helpful. But there’s still a little bit improvement on the room. Overall is good. Nice stay.

The best hotel in KL so far! Very friendly customer service and helpful staff. Location in KL! My kids enjoy the ambient in room very much! Very well recommended!

The airconds need to maintenance..overall okay..room okay, amenities okay

Sesuai utk yg dtg family.. bilik besar. hotel lama.. paking xselesa.. xda bumbung. time hujan penat kita.. tp overall ok la.. kena dgn harga.. area hotel tmpat2 opis printing. ramai bukan warganegara..kdg2 risau pulak. tp tmpt dekat dgn Bukit Bintang..
