The serviced suites met our needs for a short stay in KL. Down side would be the cleanliness of the floors and the sofas which had some stains. But overall, it was a good short stay and located in a convenient area.

Enjoyed our stay. Saff was very good and made our stay comfortable. For WFH it was very good bec they had provided all the amenities needed for q good working environment. We didn't use all that bec we were on a short trip to KL as tourists.
Breakfast was good but not lavish.
What I missed was the balcony. Rest all was good.

Stay was very comfortable and the location was perfect for us to walk to most landmarks (getting a grab in the jam was impossible most days). Would skip the breakfast and go to a cafe nearby. Overall, very good experience! Thank you for the swans as well!!

Fast check in and check out. No issue with room conditions. However should improve the variety of breakfast.
The male steam room on roof top was quite dirty and lights was dimmed.

Location is really good. Near Bukit bintang and jalan alor.
The staffs are friendly!
The pool on the roof floor has a nice view of KL.
Breakfast choice wasn’t excellent but it’s still good.

Had a wonderful staycation with my husband and daughter. Easy access to public transport and BB. But the shortcut has to pass by the narrow street. Overall stay is good. Just a few things not so happy about:
1. Cleanliness of carpet
2. It's noisy when the room next door opens the water tap.
3. Sadly, my room has no view.
Food is moderate, room is spacious and nice. Will repeat.

Excellent stay at Park Royal Suites this weekend. The room is spacious and all amenities are great. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Will definitely book as my top choice hotel for the next trip.

While the suite was outstanding, some of the things could be better. Some of the things I found that could be better were, the curtains couldn't keep out the bright day light out completely at the sides where day light seems to pour in and reflect off the mirrored wall. The main door seems to bang loudly on self closing. Suggest to dampen the sound by adding rubber or just change out the self closing mechanism. The lift system needs to be revisited. Most times when we are going down, we have to stop at every floor that has been pressed and there was no one coming on. Pretty annoying. The air con is not as powerful to cool the whole suite. Suggest to have a fan as an option.

We arrived at the hotel at 4 pm but unfortunately our room wasn't ready yet. We had to wait around 20 minutes, which was a bit inconvenient, especially since the lobby was always crowded with guests. However, once we got to our room, we were pleased with its cleanliness and the magnificent view from the window which was definitely a highlight of our stay.
The breakfast selection was moderate but acceptable for the price. While it wasn't an extravagant spread, it had enough variety to satisfy most tastes.
One downside is that the hotel doesn't offer room service. However, it's located in a very convenient area, with convenience stores and eateries nearby, so finding food was never an issue.
Overall, it's a good choice for a stay, particularly if you're looking for a clean room with a great view and don't mind waiting a bit or heading out for meals.
