Good stay , but problem when night , many homeless people will sleep around outside hotel , will feel danger if walk alone , breakfast basic only ,

The hotel was located next to Central Market, with nearby shops public transport. The room was very clean, well taken cared and maintained. The bathroom was in clean condition however it does take a while for the water to warm up. For the rate that I got, I would definitely stay here again

Stayed there for a week with 2 young kids (1 yr & 4 yr old). Location is excellent, rooms are neat and new. Has solid amenities, great staffs who are polite and helpful. My only gripe is the breakfast buffet’s variety is very limited but still palatable with kid friendly options.

Location is great. Located in the heart of KL Pasar Seni area. Easily accessible via MRT or LRT Pasar Seni. Room is small

Location: Basically right outside Central Market which sells many handicrafts, traditional clothing and souvenirs. There’s also air conditioned F&B places within Central Market. A short walk to Petaling street which has many famous restaurants and cafes. However, do note that there are quite a number of homeless men sleeping around the area. In the morning, there will be kind souls buying them breakfast so you might see a group of them gathering around to receive the food. It didn’t make me feel unsafe, but wouldn’t recommend to families with children or solo/female travellers. Room: Pretty decent room with clean bedding and toilet is well maintained. Hotel building is not tall so don’t expect a view. Rooms are quite closely packed, might be able to hear your neighbour’s door being knocked or if they talk loudly.

Santa Grand classic location is very strategic, near to Central Market. However, the cleanliness of the hotel needed to be improved. Breakfast has very limited options. The hotel surroundings are occupied by many refugee or homeless people, very dangerous and smelly.

Not so spacious room but the bath tub really big. However, no hot shower or we need to wait for a long time before water getting hot. In terms of location, okay for daytime but nighttime definitely too dark and scary to go ard especially when central market closed. Breakfast good!

Affordable luxury alert! Clean room and toilet, comfy beds, refreshing swimming pools, plus easy access to Central Market and Petaling Streer Market. It's the perfect gateway!

The check-in process was smooth, and we were given early check-in privileges. While inspecting the bed, we discovered a small pendant under the bedsheet, possibly left behind by the previous guest. This raised concerns that the bedsheet had not been changed or that it belonged to the staff. Despite the small size of the room, it was adequate for the price. The bed was notably comfortable. However, the water pressure was lacking at level 3. All basic toiletries were provided except for an iron, which had to be requested from the front desk. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing, with a limited spread primarily catering to Western tastes and lacking in quality. The coffee machine offered coffee with beans that seemed old and produced a subpar taste. The only local dish available was fried noodles (mee bodoh) without any additional ingredients such as chicken, and there was no sambal provided. In our opinion, if a limited quantity of food is offered, it should be of high quality. Tastier meals can be found outside the hotel. The rooftop swimming pool was decent with a nice view, although it may not be suitable for small children due to the lack of a lifeguard on duty and a depth of 1.2 meters. The gym was disappointing, but one positive aspect was the provision of facilities for disabled guests, such as a wheelchair automated lift to the swimming pool area. The hotel's best feature is its convenient location near the LRT/MRT/Central Market/Chinatown, with several convenience stores nearby.

Outstanding staycation experience. Room is clean and spacious, it's surprisingly that bed is comfortable. Soundproof is good and had a nice sleep whole night. Hotel is next to Central Market, Chinatown, restaurants, convenient shop etc. . Walking distance to MRT/LRT station. Hotel has small swimming pool which can see sunset view. My kids and I very satisfy this hotel's experiences.

Great locations next to central market and few min walks to petaling street and merdeka square, there are convenient stores within walking distance, at night there are a lot of food choices outside of the hotel, staffs are all very welcoming and friendly, breakfast choices are quite good, hot water for showering take times to heat up, birds chirping were quite loud as our room were next to the trees, you will see homeless man outside of the hotel but they are harmless tbh
