The accommodation was very nice with a great view from the room and from the pool. The room was quite spacious and filled with everything you need for your stay.

Exactly as the picture described. Customer service very good. Help to store our luggage even though we checked out early. Had a great stay. Keep up good service.

We got flood room which don’t know water from where.. Report to management and them react quickly.. we got new room and lot of voucher.. also got late check out time.. thanks

It’s not hotel,it’s service apartments,many people,service is not good ,but location great and room is big.

Do not consider this to be a hotel. It’s rather a residential complex with numerous flats being rented out in an Airbnb style.
Pros: fantastic views from the pool
Cons: there’s literally nothing except for the pool (which is always very busy). No bar, no proper hospitality, no calm common area where you can just sit and do your things. I don’t think I’ll book this property again.

The air conditioning of the room is super hot. Air cond is not cold for the big room. Not comfortable at all by staying here, I think i'm still prefer to stay in a hotel in future

Rooms are clean but without room service. Stayed there during long weekend many tourists and need to wait long for the lift to go room. Swimming pool view are awesome but small n crowded cos many people like to go there take pictures instead of swimming.

Excellent location walking distance to Dang Wangi monorail, we are able to go to TRX for shopping and we enjoyed the stay. The room is spacious and clean

Celebrating my birthday in this hotel is worth it🥰🤍
Reception Area - Mrs. Moreno welcomed us with a warm greeting and she's so very approachable🥰🤍
The room is clean it's very comfortable to stay 🤍 also they provide the basic necessities.
In terms of food you want to eat there is a nearby store and if you want to go to a mall like berjaya time square it's only 20mins to go there ☺️
The pool is so nice, the ambiance is so very relaxing especially when you go there at night
