Our second stay here. Price is reasonable if you book early. Around 10-15mins walking distance to lrt and chinatown. Cleanliness wise, good but it's best to put on slippers. The hot water and water strength is intermittent, we did not encounter this during our first visit. However, hotel location is not the best if you want to look for food at night especially on rainy nights.

The location is good, Near MRT station, however, the room is small and the AC is blowing air directly towards the bed. The pillow is not comfortable.

Love the vibe especially level 12 ( 24 hours kitchen , gym, common space ) and level 13 ( roof top to chit chat ) . Nearby Chinatown and monorail ( go onwards to maybank and turn right ) . New concept 😌🥰 every corner very instagramable . Will comeback again

Clean, new, good location and budget friendly. Stayed Two nights in the single room. It's a super single bed with attached washroom. All amenities that other hotels provide are available on request here - shampoo, earplugs, hairdryer, water, etc. The only down side is the room with street view can hear the traffic sound all day. But for the price they charging for per night stay, I'll not complain. Just request for earplugs from the friendly receptionist, light sleeper like me had good sleep for two nights. Definitely will come back again.

New and clean hotel. Sound insulation not so good. Slightly further from lrt station. Overall quite satisfactory and with affordable room rate

Walking distance to Chinatown, relatively clean. We had a good night sleep. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Will stay here again the next time we visit KL.

First time putting up this property, May24, the first impression were hugely discounted. Toilet bowl not clean at all and stains with urine believed left over from past guest. I have to self clean. Used towels left outside door, even informed the team to pick up but they just ignored it. Location wise, it is out of nowhere at the other side and corner of the chinatown/ road. Walking out of property, there is an empty land next to it and a carpark. To walk to other side of chinatown, it takes about 15- probably close to 20mins depending on how fast one’s can walk. For me, half way through, already quite exhausted. Services wise, average. Overall, way below my expectations for a co live brand of Ascott.

“Nice new hotel in the town and value for money” Third time visited this hotel. The staff still friendly, the room is still very clean and everything is good for me during the stay with lyf. Will definitely coming back for another visit and make it as my permanent hotel to stay in KL.

I have stayed here for 3 times. I like the concept of this hotel and location. Location is excellent. 5 mins walk to Masjid Jamek Station and 10 mins walk to Chinatown. You can walk to Pasar Seni but extremely hot in the afternoon. There are many local restaurants nearby. The front desk is polite and kindness. Also the laundry is available at 12th floor for RM21.8 (wash and dry). You have to buy laundry token at reception. I have stayed in no window room once but I reccomend you to stay the room with window (city view). You might hear construction noise from street but I didn't care about it. You needn't bring toothpaste.

It’s just nice for solo traveler everything is good and great location.

This is the best Hotel which I stayed in KL. The Hotel is very clean, new & the Staffs are all excellent especially Wei & Nizam. Trust me all of them are great & Welcome you with Open Arms. Their Smile is Everything man. Location is Perfect. You can see the KL tower the moment you walk out from the entrance. 10mins walk to Petaling Street aka KL Chinatown. Very close to KL Sentral as well. Recommended to take kLIA Express to KL Sentral & take Grab to LYF Hotel:). You can take Grab to travel to many places cause it is very close to the places you wanna go. Like KLCC, TRX, Pavilion, Mid Valley, One Utama, Berjaya Time Square, KL Tower, Kampung Baru, ICC Pudu etc. I will definitely come back again. In fact. Its a walking distance to majority of the places but I am lazy to walk:) Thanks to all LYF Hotel staffs. Kudos to all of you ( every single one of you) Keep it up & you guys are the Main Reason why I chose this hotel again. Thanks & Cheers :)

This is an excellent new hotel with good access to attractions and super clean rooms. The staff are very helpful.
