Thank you to Mamun at the front desk for your assistance
. Since I found yellow stains on the sheets when I checked in, the staff came to replace them immediately.
All the staff were very friendly. I am very happy to stay in this hotel.
I will choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity to come to Malaysia again.

Clean generally but the bottom sheet on my bed same for 3 days.
Very handy to mall/transport. Can be noisy

I arrived early morning as im late check in for precious day,but it webt very fast. I chexk in to my room within 5min. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Staffs cleaned and topup the amenities everyday. Love my stayed all 4nights there. Near to the Nu sentral, monorail, bus station.

I like the location of this hotel, as it's very close to the subway station and there are plenty of dining options in the mall nearby, making it really convenient. The highlight is definitely the rooftop terrace on the top floor, where you don't have to worry about sun or rain. Although it's only on the 6th floor, the view is acceptable, and there's a small gym, which is more than enough for my solo business trips. The only downside is that the room's soundproofing is poor; the noise from the hallway can disturb your sleep, and I had to wear noise-canceling headphones to fall asleep. Also, the water heater's temperature is limited; you have to let it run for a while before it gets slightly warm, but it never gets hot.

Short walk to KL sentral... Cleanliness can be improved especially the bed sheets but otherwise good place for overnight before going to airport... Spacious rooftop to rest with small gym as new addition
