We love this hotel not only the lication but also their service and facilities as well. We have a very comfortable stay with lovely breakfast spread. Just a 2-min walk away from the famous China and the MRT station. Very convenient to yravel to other place via MRT and of course Grab. The gym has essential work out tools though not many but good enough for a short workout. All are good except the bed is a little too soft and both my friend and I found there isn't good support for our spine actually.... something that 4 points by Sheraton needs to take note of....

Staying with my husband for business purposed. Booking through Floresta Hotel websites & got discount too. The room worth the price. It was budget hotel but still nice in terms of room cleanliness, amenities & facilities. The staff are very helpful & kind. The one who served us is Ms Sofea. She's so nice, we came here for a business but decided to extend since it was a nice hotel. And Ms Sofea help to arrange room with good view. And lurveee the lobby, feels like you're in jungle. It was nice if you put fake river too haha.

Convenient Location, but Room Size and Amenities Could Be Better. I recently stayed at the Travelodge Chinatown in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel’s location is excellent~ just a short walk to the Pasar Seni station and close to the well-known tourist spot, Petaling Street. This made it convenient for us to explore nearby eateries and attractions. However, there were a few downsides. The rooms are quite small, and we noticed some ant activity. If you’re not bothered by these issues, it’s worth considering. Keep in mind that the hotel is basic, suitable mainly for budget travelers looking for a short stay. The breakfast buffet provided by the hotel was simple and not very tasty; I recommend exploring nearby food options instead. I hope this review helps! 😊

Not a good experience this time checking in to this hotel.. I booked last minute and remarked for late check in..so i arrived at 1.30am at this hotel..imagine coming to the front office with the receptionist wearing a mask??literally that white face mask for her beauty i guess…with no greetings from her..with that proudly face she showed to me..i didn’t have cash for deposit coz i’ve used it to pump gas to my car..cannot use card cause it passes 12am..she said..u should have known to bring deposit since this is not ur first time checking in here..i was like..i am alone and it’s passed midnight..i won’t risk my life going to the a** at midnight alone..why would she say that to her guest??? I am working in tourism industry and if this is what a receptionist way treating her guests, no wonder our industry is sinking..but no worries i’ll come back here to see if the management do something about this matter..thank u for this experience..

I don't know if I'm the first one in China to comment on this hotel. This hotel is next to Petaling Street (China Street), opposite the subway station and not far from the passenger station. The location is undoubtedly, but! The environment is average, the space is small, the room I live in can't see the view, there is only a big water storage tank next to it, it is very noisy, the air conditioner is annoying, blowing on people, so I cough up phlegm...of course it is my own question. There is another thing that I find particularly interesting: the front desk charged 50 MYR, and he directly stapled the reservation form and 50 yuan in cash with a stapler. When I handed it to me, I saw that there were two staple holes in the money , this is shocking, their currency is really.... dare not say Generally speaking, it is actually ok. The location, price, and service are very good. If you are traveling or doing business, you can live here. It is also a good choice

We've stayed here many times, especially over Xmas. In fact, we would have been one of the earliest guests when it first opened. The location is great esp with KL Sentral mrt within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a hiccup after checking in, 2x single beds instead of a double, but it was quickly fixed. Our only criticism is the rooms need to be given an uplift, showing their age. We will be back again.

I was not able to take a picture of the room we stayed in. The location was city centre and accessible to taxi and bus. The room and bath were clean. Liquid soap was provided but no shampoo and the wifi in our room on the 8th floor was weak. There was no cafe and restaurant in the hotel the staff said that due to the pandemic they closed it. There was a 24/7 convenience store near and walking distance restaurants. The staff were accommodating. Overall 8/10 rating.

Great hotel. One stop hotel & mall. Easy to access MRT, mall, and food. Huge parking on the 4-9th floor. Fulfill the request and per booking. Excellent services all the tram crew and management. Few time in this hotel. Full of surprise and unexpected from the management. See you next week

Nice hotel in town of Kuala Lumpur during business trip. however please upgrade menu of breakfast but still nice and good taste. recommended to all business or workers who want to stay at Kuala Lumpur near by Monorail and easy to go any place in city. GOOD JOB REGALPARK HOTEL KUALA LUMPUR.

LOCATION   About 2 min walk from the busy pubstreet in Bukit Bintang, the building itself is unique, whitewashed with an attractive façade of verandahs and wall-sized glass amidst the neighboring towers.   LOBBY   The style is simple, minimalistic, modern and functional.   SERVICE   We stayed about 3 days after the hotel commenced operations, so it was stunning and sublime to use the new rooms. The room we had was a virgin room, as everything was unopened, unused. Security good and parking available. Restaurant not yet in use during stay. The chinese desk clerk was very helpful, professional and kind. He even helped us carry luggage to our uber on check-out.   ROOMS   We were upgraded to family room as the standard rooms were fully occupied. The open wardrobe plan design with lots of storage space is a plus for travellers. All the sockets were internationally adaptable and fitted with USB ports, meaning no need to bring and borrow. Well Done!   The wallpaper was a large black and white photograph of the community life from the past, splashed with bright yellow paint at certain spots. The grey+white+yellow carpet matched the painting adding warmth and comfort to our toes. The bed was X-Large, super comfy and a torment to leave. The night lamp was beautifully designed.   Bathroom clean complete with Borneo products and amenities (eco-friendly using recycled paper) while laundry bag and slippers provided. There is a tea and coffee with 8 sugars but only 2 creamers, would need to add more.      As it was the last day of the year 2019, we raced to the roof to see the midnight fireworks from the KL tower. We were amongst a small crowd of couples and friends wishing peace, health and prosperity for the world.    SUMMARY   Would highly recommend! CITY OASIS!
