Best Shortvacay
My second trip checkin in here overall satisfied but sink in the toilet was stucked room 23-07.Change checout time at 12 pm instead of 11am need to rush..

Facilities amazing, i swim at rooftop with view KL tower, room spacious for 3 adults, cozy, has gym, and located at heart of KLCC. Def will come again

Overall room is clean and neat. Bed is comfortable and city view is perfect. Swimming pool a bit crowded but okay for the hot weather. The cons are they do not provide complimentary bottled water and difficult to contact the receptionist without a telephone in the room.

2nd time staying here, everything is great! just be prepared to wait abit for the lift but it isnt so bad as some reviews have said. walking distance to a few mrts and bukit bintang street, cant wait to stay here again !
asked for a high floor and we got level 23! too bad the view isnt of the KL tower but still great !

Very nice hotel with an amazing view. The room was clean and cosy like a small appartment. Pocket gardens in floors were very beautiful. But the elevator took us to wait for about more than 5 minutes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
