I am regular at Ibis Cheras, staying about 4 times a year and each time about 3-5 days. The location is convenient for me as I am here to see family. With a burgeoning of eateries a short walk away, meals or supper is close at hand. Notwithstanding the good points about Ibis, the nice room and good WiFi, a few things seem to have lapsed. It looks like they are using their old eroded towels again. Also, the grouting in the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly because mould have set in. The roller screen in the bathroom is stained. All these things detract from the positives of the room and stay. Breakfast also seems to have dropped in standards and the new meal room doesn’t look like a restaurant at all. It would be good if they can take a look at these things and resolve a few of them.

Following on from my previous review of Komune Living & Wellness last July, my wife and I decided to sell-up and shift here long term. Its now been six months and we can honestly state that it was the best decision. The resort has improved a lot with more facilities and activities to keep us occupied. There are more rooms and apartments available to choose from now the renovations are mostly complete. All the staff are as friendly and helpful as ever and make time to ensure everyone here enjoys themselves. We are very happy here and many other long-term guests we have got to know here say the same.

Good clean room, with great view! There was a lot of people in the lobby when we came, but we only waited less than 10 minutes to check in because there was an efficient number system. I read a lot of reviews about the lift situation, but we actually went down quite a number of times just to go out and eat, or grab something from grab, & the lift process was quite smooth. All in all, a great stay.

I was not able to take a picture of the room we stayed in. The location was city centre and accessible to taxi and bus. The room and bath were clean. Liquid soap was provided but no shampoo and the wifi in our room on the 8th floor was weak. There was no cafe and restaurant in the hotel the staff said that due to the pandemic they closed it. There was a 24/7 convenience store near and walking distance restaurants. The staff were accommodating. Overall 8/10 rating.

3. Aircon room temperature around 23 degrees above, u can feel like a fan. The temperature only drops to 20 degrees in the morning and our room is very very small.

Very good service! Distance is walkable from Bukit Bintang MRT station. Location is good and within walking distance to Pavilion, Lot 10 and so on. Staff are friendly and helpful. Eateries can also be easily accessible from the hotel.

Mercure Glennmarie is one of my favourite hotel whenever I'm on biz travel to KL. Everything was fine. Besides, some improvements are needed as listed below.
1. For the bathroom without the partition, the water mostly may covered half of the floor. This is hazardous and slippery. I fell once when walking with slipper into the wet bathroom. Hope the management can consider putting an anti slip mat in front of the basin.
2. The crew in the breakfast area seem to be talking too loud and making joke with each others during the service. It seem to be lack of professionalism in their roles. More strict discipline enforcement are required.
Others area are perfect. Keep up with a good works.

GGigi GweeWe booked a 2 room suite this time, the room were spacious and my daughter was tumbling around and playing hide and seek, the living room was my favourite space, awesome for gatherings and family bonding! Staff were very professional they will come in and tidy the rooms when we were out shopping, so thoughtful and professional of them. Bed and pillow was comfotable and water pressure was strong enough, Ritz never disappoints! will definitely come back again next time! thank you for the wonderful stay Ritz team!

I recently spent 2 nights at the Bejaya Time Hotel, and while the stay was comfortable, the room allocation was a letdown. We had booked a Superior room with a king bed, but were assigned a Queen room instead. When I brought this to the reception's attention, I was told that it was ”subject to availability” and that the Queen room was actually an ”upgrade” to a Deluxe room. I found this response tone-deaf and unhelpful.
The hotel's location is convenient, with Sugai Wang shopping mall just across the road. However, the room itself was small, and the Queen-sized bed was a challenge for my husband, who is 1.8m tall. His feet dangled off the bed, which was quite amusing but not ideal.
Overall, while the hotel has its positives, the room allocation mishap and the reception's response left a sour taste. We won't be choosing this hotel again.

Apart from that, the comfortable double bed has 4 pillows with an additional 2 pillows stored on the open style wardrobe. Amenities in the room are complete. You have the TV, AC, mini fridge, hairdryer, electric kettle, toiletries, hotel slippers, and multiple electrical power points. There is also basement parking, however limited slots. A surely recommended comfortable place to stay in KL.

PPRINCESS MAE H VWe stayed in Ancasa last April 9-12,2024. Supposedly, we plan to stay there for 2 days only, but when we arrived at the hotel, it looked like a five star but cheap value for your money.
From lobby, the smell was just relaxing. The people were all nice and friendly.
We were transferred to a room with a nice view after the aircon had some malfunctioning but fixed immediately. The Manager in day shift, Ms. Mel was helpful in many ways. The experience we had were superb and for keeps!
The location was just few steps to chinatown, hop on hop off, and train station.
I will definitely come back to KL and choose the same hotel all over again.

YYap Then Chye MichaelOverall is good, the upsets was the staff’s at the coffee house is really treating like they owned the hotel. It’s good if you really giving good service, sad it’s like before breakfast time is up they are like chasing guess away and some like unwilling to work.
The next one is every time I booked a room is a Superior or Deluxe King for 2 Adults and 1 child (My child today is 7yrs 5 month old) 3 persons. As per the booking child stay for free. So every time after checking in I request for 1 more towel for my child ( room have 2 towels) the housekeeping person told me I need to pay RM 1 for that towel. Once I agreed to be charged but when checkout they did not charge for it. This year 2024 CNY I checked in and again I requested for 1 towel (3rd towels) . I was told that I have to pay RM2 for an extra towel. After explaining she agreed to provide me without extra charge. Thank you very much.
My concern here is if the hotel management wants to charge for an extra towel for rooms booked for 2 adults and I child or 2 child that stays for free , please put up a notice so hotel guests are aware and will pay for it. That situation is like the staff can say when they will charge extra as they wish. Up to now I still wondering how they managing this hotel.
