There were some translation misunderstandings between some guests and the staff that we personally experienced as well as other customers we saw.

Firstly i wasnt expecting much as this is my first time staying at the hotel, Well greeted by all the staff & a welcome drink was given btw my wife lovea the taste of it. Everything was well explained upon registeration for our room. Its like from the outside you look like ok just a simple hotel but went you went in the lobby looks stunning & the room was solid & amazing. Wifey love it so much thats what most matter hahahaha....... Will definitely stays again at the hotel so guys its a well recommended one & i give 9.5/10 truat me you gonna love the room lay out & fully well equip.

Indeed a 5 star hotel, very elegant and well designed. Great pool, clean and not too busy, with sunbeds, towels and umbrellas. Well equiped gym. Good breakfast and good food in reasonable prices. The only thing i regret is that i didnt insist to get a room facing KLCC because i paid the exact same amount of money for a room facing either KL tower or KLCC and i was assigned a room that had a completely obstructed view.

Never stayed with Banyan tree before, according to TRIP.com’s K.L. Top 6 luxury hotel list, I’ve choose this brand for my first ever time and it turns out it’s a bit disappointed. Services was definitely great, everyone were so friendly and helpful. The location was cool, hotel lobby had a lift and a bridge that linked to pavilion shopping mall. Con: safety awareness needs to be improved： On the 56/F, -There’s some broken conquers on the floor right at the edge of a table, where people very often stood there to take photos. -The stairs that walks to the outdoor dinning area are quite narrow, and there’s no lights or warning signs around it, it’s very dangerous to walk at the dark. Hotel itself looks quite new and clean but somehow A number of hardwares are not working properly in the room.

Our stay at Face Style had some positive aspects, but unfortunately, the negatives overshadowed them. Here are our main concerns: - We understand the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. We arrived two hours early and approached the check-in counter to see if early check-in was possible or if we could leave our luggage. The receptionist was firm about the 3:00 PM check-in time and did not offer any assistance, which was surprising for a hotel with a 5-star rating. We've experienced better customer service at hotels with lower star ratings. - The lobby was crowded, and there was insufficient seating, making the two-hour wait uncomfortable. My wife began feeling unwell due to the crowd or the lobby's unique scent, which we found unpleasant. - While other hotels during our trip allowed us to check in around 12:30 PM despite a 3:00 PM check-in time, Face Style was strict about their policy. However, they began accommodating guests around 2:30 PM. Despite being third in line, it took 30 minutes to reach the counter, which was the longest wait we've experienced at any hotel. - We were celebrating our anniversary and had requested a simple room decoration. During the prolonged check-in process, we were told to wait an additional 15 minutes for housekeeping to arrange the room. After waiting, the receptionist asked for another 5-10 minutes. When we finally received our keycard, there were no decorations in the room, which was very disappointing. We received an apology letter from the Duty Manager and were offered a fruit plate, which was never actually given to us. This entire experience negatively impacted our anniversary vacation. - Due to the tiring check-in process, we lost valuable time and did not receive information about the hotel's amenities, such as the breakfast buffet and gym location. - Throughout our interactions, the staff's responses often lacked a genuinely apologetic tone, which added to our frustration. At check-out, a different receptionist cited ”new staff” as the reason for our issues, without any further resolution or peace offering. This experience made us question the hotel's 5-star rating and their claims of ”world-class services” and ”luxurious comfort and impeccable service” as stated on their website. Additional observations for potential guests: - The room was clean, but the cleaning could be improved. - There was no mini-bar. - The pool offered great views of KL Tower and KLCC but was overcrowded. - The breakfast setup was nice, but the selection was limited and basic. Due to the discomfort we experienced, we will not be staying at any Face Brand hotels in the future and cannot recommend them to our friends.

Room is okay. Parking is okay. But the location is a bit hiding on the main road. And a bit difficult if you want to go to main road. The room is nice and beautiful. Toilet nice. But the tv are weird. Always talking what are written on tv. Check in and out going smooth. But most importantly. The lift are very busy. Need to wait few moment. If got emergency need to use stairs. Superb busy lift. Pool very nice but no kids friendly

The located of the hotels near a train station just a skywalk distance but we mainly use Grab to places and is earlier. Very signature design of St.Regist a sitting area at front office and butler service. Offer beverage and laundry service during the stay, also the staffs are nice no matter FO, HKSP, bouquet and SOA. Thank you for the hospitality! And is a place good for chilling and relaxing

Good hospitality..nice view from my bedroom..easy to deal

Beautiful, spacious and very clean apartments with comfortable beds and pillows. There’s everything you need in the room, including a kitchen and a washing machine and some laundry detergent. Huge windows with a view, two AC units, two queen beds. Very nice and welcoming owner who makes sure everything is going great, nice people at the reception as well. There’s a supermarket and a coffee shop inside the residence and you’re within walking distance of many restaurants, the Petronas twin towers and the Suria KLCC mall.

The accommodation was very nice with a great view from the room and from the pool. The room was quite spacious and filled with everything you need for your stay.
