Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur

Kuala Lumpur City Centre
Never stayed with Banyan tree before, according to TRIP.com’s K.L. Top 6 luxury hotel list, I’ve choose this brand for my first ever time and it turns out it’s a bit disappointed. Services was definitely great, everyone were so friendly and helpful. The location was cool, hotel lobby had a lift and a bridge that linked to pavilion shopping mall. Con: safety awareness needs to be improved: On the 56/F, -There’s some broken conquers on the floor right at the edge of a table, where people very often stood there to take photos. -The stairs that walks to the outdoor dinning area are quite narrow, and there’s no lights or warning signs around it, it’s very dangerous to walk at the dark. Hotel itself looks quite new and clean but somehow A number of hardwares are not working properly in the room.
Hotel Stripes Kuala Lumpur, Autograph Collection

Golden Triangle
📍Address: Hotel Stripes Kuala Lumpur 🚗 Accessibility to transportation: 45-1 hour taxi from airport or 8 minute walk from Dang Wangi MRT. 🏃🏼♀️ Activities in the area: Kuala Lumpur tower, Petronas towers Kuala Lumpur. 🌟 Rating: 9/10 💞Reasons to Recommend: Great breakfast options and times. Tours organised with the hotel were available. The hotel will meet requests such as your anniversary. The rooms are clean and spacious. 💡 Think about: The hotel is a bit far from the center, 20 minute walk from the Petronas Towers. The reception staff seem unorganised at the time we arrived. There were some translation misunderstandings between some guests and the staff that we personally experienced as well as other customers we saw.

Indeed a 5 star hotel, very elegant and well designed. Great pool, clean and not too busy, with sunbeds, towels and umbrellas. Well equiped gym. Good breakfast and good food in reasonable prices. The only thing i regret is that i didnt insist to get a room facing KLCC because i paid the exact same amount of money for a room facing either KL tower or KLCC and i was assigned a room that had a completely obstructed view.

The room is very big and beautiful. It really has everything you need. There is also a large kitchen where you can cook, and the tableware is all very high-end. There is also a dining table, and the bed is very comfortable, and you can watch TV. Anyway, it feels similar to a high-end apartment. And the washing machine doesn’t work. Call them and the staff will come up and tell you how to use it. The queue for check-in downstairs is too long, and the queue time for the elevator is also too long. It was very long. When I got back to the hotel at around 111pm, there were too many people queuing up and they all had to wait for more than ten minutes to get up. This hotel apartment is really comfortable to live in and the price is okay.
