A lovely hotel very clean with friendly helpful staff that is only a short walk to the Jewish quarter. If you walk the short distance to the river you can follow it to the main castle that then leads you up into the main town and square. We took a short river cruise (approximately one hour) that was very enjoyable. My wife an I can recommend Starka restaurant which is only a short walk from the hotel. A trip to the salt mine approximately 45 minutes is well worth it.

We stayed at the Hotel Wyspianski in Krakow for 5 nights. Really can't fault this place at all. We had a lovely large room on the 4th floor, the bed was comfortable and they left free bottles of water for us. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Town, the main Market Square, a big shopping mall and lots of other attractions. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious with so much choice. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant a couple of times and the food was amazing. The hotel bar was well stocked with Polish vodka and overall we've had a fantastic time and would certainly stay there again!

A great hotel close to Krakow’s market square. After the refurbishment of the hotel, new parts have been added. It smells very fresh. The air conditioning is good. The bathrooms, towels and sheets are clean. Great breakfast options. Even select all before 10 o'clock, even coffee cake. There is no hotel parking, but it is easy to find free parking locations in the surrounding areas from 8pm to 10pm. Great service. Friendly gentleman at the reception. We will definitely come back here.

What an excellent hotel with a warm historic ambience and lovely staff. I loved the special antique decor and dark wood. Good place to stay if you don’t know where you are as it’s very central-a short walk to the main historic square and a short walk to the modern three-story shopping mall—Galleria Krakova I think it’s called. There are trams right outside. Take them. If you get lost, use the Bolt App and order a taxi.
There are even a few goldfish in the back beer garden with big umbrellas which must be festive in the warmer months.
There’s a lift. My room was spacious with high ceilings. The bed was big and comfy. There was also a sofa, desk, plenty of hanging space, 🧥 fridge
and kettle with coffee/tea options - very handy. The assorted breakfast buffet was divine. So much to choose from: 🍵 , ☕️ 🍊 🍏 🍪 🍳 🥓 🧀 🫕 🥗 🥣 🧁 🥛 🧃
The staff were all very kind and helpful. The in-house masseur gave me a very good massage. The reception staff helped me pronounce Chocholowski which sounds like Hoho Woof Ski so just picture Santa and a dog skiing to get to the spa in the Tatra Mountains. Something for next time. It leaves you with a good feeling to stay here. 🌞🧳🌞

It was a 3-minute walk from Krakow Station and the location was easy to understand. I arrived in Krakow at midnight, but it was helpful to be able to check in. The room was very warm and I was able to spend with one thin clothes. The bed was fluffy. I was worried that the bathroom had a little leak from the floor. The toiletries had shampoo. There is also a hair dryer. There is no toothbrush or room clothes. Breakfast was served at the cafe next door and it was delicious. It was 29 zurochi for one meal. The staff were very kind and communicated with me in slow English and translation apps. I think it's enough if you don't ask for luxury.

Booked a cheap wowcher deal and was allocated this hotel. It was perfect. Large twin room with a balcony. Excellent shower. Small tv. Kettle with coffee and tea. Yes the room did overlook the street below and yes there was some noise from the traffic and trams but it really didn’t disturb us at all. Other reviews say they found it difficult to find as the reception is across the street from the abella suites in the Yarden Hotel. But I read our check in instructions clearly and went directly to the Yarden Hotel. Check in was simple and we were shown to our room by a member of staff who shows you how to get in to the building and use the lift if required. Check out was also easy. Very friendly staff. There is a fabulous bakery / cafe next door if breakfast is not included in your stay. It was a 15 minute easy walk to the main square.

Since it is within walking distance from the square, there is no problem with the location, and the facilities in the room were not particularly inconvenient, so I think it is comfortable. I think there is no difference in the image of the room of a Japanese business hotel a little large.

10-15 Minutes to the bus station, train station, but there is no electric kettle in the hotel room. If you want to drink hot water, you have to go to the restaurant below to pick it up. Toothpaste, toothbrush, even USB charging station is not, but the price is flat, but there is a choice to prefer to live near the train station.
There are no restaurants nearby, only the coffee shop opens until 9:30 pm .

Best hotel mattress ever! Nice, pleasant hotel, well presented rooms and helpful staff. However I wanted to dedicate this feedback to our waitress, Agnieszka. She is a star! She is very customer oriented, polite, and must be an active listener as she remembered every detail. Moreover, she was so proactive and aware of the situation at the table. As I am after surgery she gave us space and time to eat the meal slowly without this uncomfortable constant checking of our table. She demonstrated emphaty by listening to my story and by caring. During our time at the restaurant she builded trust and clearly, she made us feel very welcome. She is a top star! ⭐️ Agnieszka, please, if you ever want to work in Customer Care in Malta, let me know. I will welcome you with open arms. Thank you for making our evening brighter!

GGuest UserWe recently stopped at the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow for a three-day city break. Let’s talk about the positives first… The hotel is in a great location, it is not too far from the city centre but is on the outskirts, a few minutes’ walk from a large green recreational ground which was lovely. A Bolt (Somewhat a European version of Uber) was almost instantly available at the hotel, and we never waited more than four minutes. A Bolt cab into the city was approximately £2.50 which was great too. The hotel is clearly very new, and this shows with its modern design and use of LED ***** lights which look amazing at night-time. The reception area is modern, has free coffee machines (for use between 1000 hours and 1600 hours) and has a bar within, which again, is very nice. The spa was lovely and is included within the price of the room. We visited at approximately 0900 hours, and it was very quiet which was nice, at one point, we were the only people within the spa. Though, don’t allow looks to deceive you. There were some annoyances with the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow, and I think it is important to raise them. Firstly, the hotel is next to a building site, which is not evident from the pictures of the hotel’s website or online listings. We paid for an upgraded room with a balcony so you can imagine the disappointment when we learnt it was overlooking a very loud and dusty building site – so much so that the balcony was unusable. Secondly, the AC. (Not the name, the air conditioning!). This hotel uses the AC controls which link in with the windows and doors to prevent loss of energy, which is all well and good when it works. Ours seemed to glitch out constantly and as such locked the AC in the off position. We rung reception after spending a few hours in unbearable heat to be told that there was nobody who could help in the evenings and that they’d send someone in the morning. Fine, so we went to bed only to be woken by someone an hour later who said that they had come to look at the AC. We got up whilst the lady, what can only be described as “faffed” with the AC and then shrugged her shoulders and left – without resolving the issue. Now, if we could have opened the window, or the balcony door, to solve the issue then it wouldn’t have been as much as a big deal, yet it was a trade off between unbearable heat or construction site noise and dust. Another annoyance is when we ordered room service. We telephoned down to the bar and asked if they sold “Sauvignon Blanc”. We were told that they did and that it was however much. I asked for two bottles, and they said that they’d send someone up with it. 45-minutes later, the first waitress arrived with a trolley, an ice bucket, two wine glasses and two bottles of Chardonnay. We explained that we had ordered Sauvignon Blanc and that we would be grateful if she wouldn’t mind swapping it for the correct wine. We chose this hotel only because is so closed to ICE Krakow, the venue for a concert we were about to attend. The room is basic, on the small side, but except for the fridge, it has everything you need. Only two pillows and two large towels... The bed is hard but, some how, quite comfy. You can walk to Wawel Castle (which is just across the river), Old Town, Kazimierz, Stradom, tram station is very close to the hotel. It's a very good base to explore the city. Even the railway station is in walking distance, if you plan a day trip out of the city. For us, coming from the south, so easy to reach by car. Parking is 45PLN/night, but is limited in space. I saw a lot of paid public parking places around.

It is half way between the main square and the Jewish quarter We were a group of 4 friends we had 2 rooms that were joined giving us two beautiful modern bathrooms .One with a free standing bath and the other with a walk in shower .The rooms were large with fridge and tea making facilities.The rooms were very warm and cozy as it was deep snow .The thermostats were easy to use so you could have the room the temperature to suit yourself. We had an early start one morning so the hotel provided us with breakfast bag we were amazed at the amount they had given us .. We had a fantastic stay would recommend this hotel great value for money a real gem .

CCanberkThis was a perfect stay. The hotel has a 3 star rating but the service and the physical conditions are similar to a 5 star facility. They had robes in addition to towels in the room which was a pleasant surprise. I also had the chance to eat at the restaurant downstairs, which offers tasty meals for affordable prices. Members of the staff were kind and knowledgable, the bed was comfy and everything was super-clean. The only downside is the location, it's 20-25 mins from the city center by tram. But if you have engagements in the southern part of the city or you don't mind the commute this is the perfect hotel for you. You couldn't get this quality for this price in anywhere in the old town.

LLvDarynaIt’s a decent hotel for its price with delicious breakfast and convenient location. Staff is welcoming and friendly. There’s a safe at the reception if you need it. Room has all kinds of cutleries, pots and pans, and a little stove which makes it suitable for cooking your own food. But in the room there’s no toothbrush and toothpaste as well as slippers. Also shampoo and shower gel is like all-in-one, so make sure to bring your own toiletries. The other good thing is that water can be taken at the reception or in a breakfast room if you run out of that you were provided with.

so i choose this hotel for my 3 night stay,
i was absolutely shocked to hear that a boutique hotel provides no safe deposit box in your room,
you have to hand over your personal items at reception for safe keeping,
This is absolutely not the way to run a boutique hotel ,
so i was left waiking around with passport & cash,They also do not provide a room clean service & will charge you for changing bedding,
i will definitely avoid this hotel for future stays,

PPipouDevThe hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the old town and in front of a bus stop, and it is a convenient location. The reception is open 24/24 and it is possible to have swabs against a caution. Furthermore, the rooms are clean and spacious. The communs are also of an impeccable cleanness, they are washed every day! The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable.

The position of the hotel is perfect location a very short walk and in main square lots to places to eat in area of hotel and not far to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and welcoming with breakfast brought to room found very repetitive but nice fresh food. Lots of seps to get to your room.
