Krakow Hotels with Wi-Fi

The Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's Cracow is in an excellent location, close to the station. The hotel service staff are very kind and will be my first choice next time I visit:)

The hotel is nicely located, pretty close from both the train station and the Old Town. It’s pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was also very useful. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room. Also, during hot summer days, it’s really hot in the room without an air con. We used a fan in the room but it was still quite hot.

A pleasant spa zone, a large swimming pool with attractions, e.g. counter-current, waterfall. There is a jacuzzi for several people. Unfortunately only 6 sunbeds and a sauna with a glass door in view. Delicious breakfast, a large selection of dishes from the a la carte and in the buffet (there is even sushi). It's worth coming for the breakfast alone. The air conditioning in the room resets to 22 degrees every time you leave, it's a bit too cold.

Very cost-effective hotel with convenient parking and large rooms. After staying in Europe for so long, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel with slippers at this price. The hotel breakfast is also very good!

I would have given perfect review for the hotel but my check out experience wasn’t good as I was charged 50 euros more than I was supposed to. The girls at the reception blamed trip.com and even questioned if I ordered other services via website even though the hotel charged me. As they couldn’t figure out why why charged me more they asked me to write email to the hotel’s administrator. He did solve the problem and refunded the overpaid amount but the check out stress caused me anxiety. Otherwise, the hotel room is really nice and big and the location is in a peaceful neighborhood in front of a park, easy to reach city center via public transportation. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but there’s plenty of places nearby to eat. Nice touch - capsule coffee machine in the room and free coffee in the lobby.

The Sheraton Krakow is ideally located 5 minutes walk from Wawel Castle and on the banks of the Vistula River, which you can walk along for a stroll, or even take boats for a short cruise and discover the surrounding monuments. The hotel reception is very friendly and cordial. We received an upgrade with a view of the castle without asking, which was very appreciable and friendly of them. The hotel lobby is exceptional and located right in the center with a bar / restaurant (where breakfast is served), a lounge, but also another lounge upstairs with TV and relaxation areas. We did not take advantage of the spa-type services, swimming pool (included) etc ... but we loved the breakfast in the morning, extremely varied, complete, and benefiting from a wide time slot (7 a.m. to 11 a.m., ideal for late risers). The hotel is cozy, warm, quiet, clean and neatly designed. The staff is responsive and attentive. The only downside is the air conditioning which is (reasonably) noisy and does not heat. It was quite cold in the room and the prices of the mini bar are quite exorbitant (5€ for a snickers!) For the rest, there is everything necessary in the room, including a desk, a superb view, an iron, coffees, teas and bottles of water provided free of charge, and very comfortable bedding. A very nice address in Krakow. The Roofotop Bar/restaurant is also very pleasant, quiet and has a superb view. If we plan to come back, it will most certainly be in the same place given the quality/price ratio.

The hotel is outside the old city, it is very convenient to walk to the old city, and the transportation is convenient nearby. The room is small, the health is ideal, the hotel breakfast is a buffet, the food is quite rich, the lobby staff is polite, easy to communicate, you can put your luggage at the hotel after check-out, good!

Well everything is fine, it’s clean n modern. But the location is quiet n bit away from landmarks (it seemed to me that the street is empty, no ppl n shops) though it took 15 mins walk to reach the attractions but nearly nothing you can buy there. So if your looking for hotel that r convenient, it won’t be the best option, but the cost-performance ratio is ok at this £ regarding to the cleanliness n modern design.

Hi Travelers so i choose this hotel for my 3 night stay, i was absolutely shocked to hear that a boutique hotel provides no safe deposit box in your room, you have to hand over your personal items at reception for safe keeping, This is absolutely not the way to run a boutique hotel , so i was left waiking around with passport & cash,They also do not provide a room clean service & will charge you for changing bedding, i will definitely avoid this hotel for future stays,

It's about 10 minutes from Krakow Station, so it's easy to get there. Overall, it was worth the price. I guess it's understandable considering it's cheap. The shower room didn't have a metal bracket to attach the shower head to the wall, so it was inconvenient when washing my head. Also, the door between the dressing room and the shower space wasn't very good, so the shower water leaked out. It's basically an unmanned hostel, so some people may be concerned about security. I thought there would be curtains on the beds, but only the top bunk had them. Also, you have to attach the sheets yourself and remove them in the morning.
