Everything about this hotel is great! Staff was friendly. Location wise was perfect as it is in the middle of the town and just a walk away from the beach.

If you like to sleep, ensure you’re not on the road. I was in room 2203 which was on the main road next to 7/11 and above the restaurant. Noise all night and all day - didn’t sleep for 3 nights. If I had known which room I was going to be in, I wouldn’t have paid for three nights up front. The staff are not particularly special, breakfast was very basic, so I only went once and had egg on toast with fruit. Rooms are old, drains block easily, towel rails fall down and there are lots of mosquitoes. I had people trying to enter my room from the room next door several times (connecting door) which as a solo female traveler was a bit worrying. There are not many good things I can say to be honest. Although the small pool area was nice, it filled up quickly and was hard to get a lounger. A friend and her mum stayed in the small villas next to the pool which were nicer but definitely not worth the price they paid.

The room is big, 41-44m , the simming pool is very nice, but the wifi in the room is very slow.

Staying at Ao Nang Orchid Resort is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay specially, it is located in the town which is the popular tourist destination. The hotel is really affordable, clean, and the staffs are friendly. We love the pool area and the breakfast that they served us during our stay. We will definitely come back to Krabi and book this hotel again on our next escapades.

Enjoy the view here as we took the pool view and we can sit at the verandah and see the mountain view too. Just walking distance to the beach and there’s a lot of shops nearby. Hotel room is perfect to me as is clean and love the parquet flooring. Breakfast is so so but still acceptable.

The room is beautiful and clean. There is a lot of food for breakfast. The staff is nice. The staff is lovely. The swimming pool is clean and you can swim around it. There is a massage area. The atmosphere around is refreshing. I really like this hotel.

We booked for 3 days, stayed on the 2nd floor in a room overlooking the pool. The hotel is near the main road, really a few steps from the beach, pier, etc. The room is spacious, the balcony is large. The bed linen is excellent, the mattress 👍🏻 We slept well, it was quite quiet. Breakfast is very good, there is enough of everything, there are enough places - we didn’t see any queues))) The pool is large and of sufficient depth. The service at the reception is friendly and polite; check-in is not possible before 2 p.m., strictly from 2 p.m., but it is possible to leave things under supervision. Taxi when ordered at the reception to the airport - 600 baht per minibus.

I entered the exact date of stay through the Google Maps app, but In the process of linking to the Trip.com app, the date was changed to the same day. The reservation was made incorrectly. I called the hotel right away, but the call didn't work. I called Trip.com's call center and explained the situation. I was told not to worry as it would be canceled and refunded. But after a few hours The answer I received by email was that the hotel refused the refund. I called the hotel early the next day, but couldn't connect. So I went to the hotel. When I visited the hotel in person and explained the situation, the hotel staff looked annoyed and distraught and said they were unable to handle the work as no staff worked yesterday. I said no. I explained it again and requested processing, but they did not process it promptly and told me to come tomorrow because the person in charge was not working yesterday. I went to the hotel the next day and the person in charge was there yesterday, but they took care of it. It was an expression I didn’t want. Request a change through the Trip.com call center. After repeating this several times, they said it would be resolved if the hotel took care of it. After receiving a confirmation from the hotel, I called the call center again and they took care of it. However, the hotel responded to Trip.com. They said they would process it after receiving notification of the change date via email. Due to this problem, I called Trip.com 5 times from overseas and visited the hotel 3 times. I'm really annoyed and angry, but if it's a mistake, I'll make it right. I had to deal with wasting time. As a result of persistent efforts, I made money. I paid and went into the hotel, but was assigned the most backward room. Still, should I say thank you for letting me sleep!! Rather than losing money on lodging Anyway, I slept well so I said thank you and left. What I felt-- There is no customer service mindset at all...even if it is a customer mistake. I think it would be a good idea to handle it so that it is not inconvenient. I never want to travel to Krabi again, I will never stay in this hotel again. I didn't want to come. Other people would have given up, but I didn't give up until the end, but I felt like my trip was ruined and my energy was so exhausted. I was stressed

The front desk clerk was very nice! But the hotel is always very old. This time, we have a total of 3 rooms on the third floor. Since there is no lift, it is difficult to get up and down. Finally, I got my own fruit room on the ground floor. But it's a pity that the air conditioner is broken, which makes me very angry. In the end, we only had to stay in a room on the second floor for one night that night. Fortunately, the repairs were finally completed. On the other hand, the hotel is really convenient for everything. Next time I go to Krabi, I won’t choose it.
