Great resort, it’s located a-bit far from Krabi centre but if you like to stay in a quiet area this resort is the one you should check it out, nice & clean and friendly staffs is a plus especially the guy name Pond is very polite & helpful , will stay again next time

This hotel has nice rooms and an amazingly friendly staff and has the perfect location in Ao Nang. All this for a reasonable price, which is not often the case anymore in Ao Nang. They have their own agency for booking tours and transport to other parts of Thailand which makes sure that everything is well coordinated between the hotel and the transport companies. All in all a place I will certainly come back to when I’m in Ao Nang again.

Luckily we only stayed here 1 night and if it was more I would definitely of moved hotels. We arrived and walked down to the pool area which was very small and there was a run down pool bar which was shut. We then went to see if there was a nice beach and restaurants about locally and there was neither, just a port to get to Railay which we ended up going to mainly to get food and drink. When we turned the air con on there was a strong smell of burning smoke so ended up having a very stuffy night with just a fan blowing. The shower was also awful as the shower head sprayed water in all directions all over the bathroom. The only pros was that they had good WiFi and a comfy bed. We only stayed here as we had an early flight in the morning as it wasn't too far from the airport but would not recommend this hotel at all especially if you are on holiday!

This place is the ultimate heaven on earth. Of course, the room and facilities were incredible. I don't think I have to mention it here because it's very obvious in photos. But what perfects the experience here is the staff, especially a gentleman named Habib. Habib was our personal assistant for our stay. We have met a lot of great hospitality staff in different places, but he is by far the best person. The reasons are: A. He is a highly organised person. Any guests be lucky if Habib looks after them because he plans and manages your stay there thoroughly. He considers all the situations - your preference, the weather, and your whole trip schedule. Then he suggests the best options you can ever find in Krabi area and the resort. This saves a LOT of energy you would need on a trip such as googling, asking for local knowledge, decision making and stuff. With his assistance, you will have a total hassle, stress-free stay in this beautiful resort. B. Habib is also a very warm, gentle, sweet soul. Not only is he switched on, but also he is a great human. This might sound funny, but you will be able to tell how caring and gentle he is, even just by his buggy car driving skills (lol). There are so many things he offered to do and those are things we didn't even think of. Super impressive. If you're hesitating to book this place because of the price, don't be silly and just do it. It's so very worth it because it comes with a battery of complimentary perks. Warning: The rest of your holiday will be ruined after this place.

Great choice for a family!
We spent a week in Amari vogue resort and we are so happy for our choice! The staff are so nice, helpful with everything we asked to make this experience as comfortable as possible! It’s a very quiet place built with Thai architecture very clean and our upgraded room was big and had all the necessary equipment to make us feel great.
Breakfast has European and Asian dishes and every day they had different selections. Surprisingly, there’s a Starbucks store in it too! We had 4 times dinner at the Marcos beach restaurant and the food was really delicious.
The resort helped us also to book a long tail boat to visit the islands across.
Truly, it’s hard to find negative things in our stay. Maybe for some people they won’t feel comfortable with the lots of stairs but you get used to it fast.
Near the resort there are no shops and you need to ask the reception to book a car to bring you to AoNang, the closest town that has all the necessary stuff, markets, restaurants, pharmacies etc. It’s about 20’ minutes away. There’s a choice to rent a motorbike as well.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing visit! Would definitely return! You must realize that you are staying basically in the jungle. You don't need fancy clothes. You don't even need shoes. Getting there takes time and you need to plan ahead with flights and boat transfers. We were there during ”off” season, so this information could change during high season. (Check other reviews.) There was not any entertainment, which was perfect for us! We came to rest and relax and enjoy the beach. We read books, swam, walked, ate, exercised, slept. Best vacation ever. 1) When I go to a beach resort, the most important thing is THE BEACH. This beach is gorgeous, the sand is golden, the water is clear and beautiful. The swim area is very generous and cleared of large rocks. No trash or debris. You can also go outside the swim area and snorkel near the rocks that are in front of the neighboring resort. Lots of lounge chairs with a bean-bag type cushion and large umbrellas. If chairs are taken, they also have mats that lay on the ground but with a back cushion. They were very comfortable. 2) The other thing that makes or breaks a hotel stay is the comfort of the bed, and the room in general. The bed was perfect -- not too hard, not too soft. The rooms are individual teak wood buildings and have thatched roofs. The room has air conditioning. The beds have mosquito nets, but I didn't feel like we needed them during our stay. There is a beautiful breezeway porch with chairs and cushions, then an enclosed bathroom with toilet, sink & shower. There is a separate outdoor shower behind a wooden wall. Also an outdoor sink attached to a dressing table with chair and mirror plus outlet. If you have long hair that you usually dry, I would make plans NOT to do so. It is too hot and the hair dryer is not really for styling. (ours only had high setting and it made my hair look crazy) 3) Food/Dining - The resort had a large dining area where an amazing breakfast buffet spread was served daily. We were able to get lattes with several different types of milk (regular, almond, soy). There were western choices and traditional Thai choices. Fresh eggs to order. The other restaurant is on the beach. You can get lunch/snacks and dinner there (special occasions or rain would move to the breakfast area). For dinner there were delicious Thai choices. They also had western/American food, but we ate Thai at all meals except a hamburger & fries once for lunch. 4) Drinks/Alcohol - We're not big drinkers, but I felt they had an adequate range of alcohol to make a variety of drinks/cocktails. I don't usually like sugary drinks, but the ones they serve in the fresh coconut and the fresh pineapple were delicious. They also had a fair selection of wines. We don't drink beer, but they did offer it. 5) Spa/Gym - We had Thai massages that were wonderful. There's a workout room with some free weights and several machines (elliptical, treadmill, rower). Very nice. 6) - Pool - beautiful pool that

GGuest UserThis is the third time I have stayed at this hotel, and it is the first time after the epidemic. I have always been very satisfied with Apple One Day Hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Great location, close to 2 beaches. The service at the front desk is top, and I especially commend Satayu and Suttirak of the front desk. They are friendly to all guests and help them in many ways. In addition, the tourist information desk in the hotel lobby is absolutely satisfactory. The business is good. The staff lady Enus can speak multiple languages, even fluent Chinese, I like book day tour with her. The scenery of Krabi is amazing beautiful, the hotel facilities are also very good, and the swimming pool is beautiful. There are biscuits and potato chips in the room every day for free. Next time I come to Krabi, I will definitely continue to stay in this hotel.

RRtzThe best thing about this hotel is the location..right along the main ao nang street leading to the beach. Also has many eateries and convenience stores nearby. However, room maintenance could be improved. Some fixtures are not well maintained - shower hose and taps has limescale build up. And bedsheets has some stains.

GGuest UserWhen we booked this resort there was a really shortage of reviews available and so hopefully this provides some information to help potential visitors. In short this is an amazing place that we’d thoroughly recommend; it was incredible value and more than met up to our expectations! Overall resort The resort is tucked away off a main road so feels very peaceful but is also walkable to a seven eleven and a couple of nearby restaurants. On site is a main restaurant that at time of writing is open for breakfast and dinner, as well as a really brilliant cafe that’s open during the day and sells coffee, and a range of meals as well. There is also a small but we’ll equipped gym with basically brand new equipment and one of the longest nicest swimming pools slap back in the middle of the resort; alongside a pool bar where snacks and drinks are also served. Given we are staying over Christmas the resort is super quiet; presumably a result of Thailand only recently reopening post-Covid Staff and service Staff have been generally really friendly and helpful; there aren’t millions of them which I guess reflects the low occupancy but they’ve helped us every time we have asked for anything and service in the restaurant has been polite, friendly and efficient Room We are staying in 3101 and 3102 which together make a vast family villa which is just perfect for ourselves and our eleven year old; he can have space to himself but also be around us whenever he wants. The rooms are to a proper, high, five star standard in almost every way. Great coffee machine, relatively inexpensive minibar, huge bed, an outdoor overwater seating area (well two one for us and one for our child), two outdoor baths, ample storage, modern tvs, everything you could ask for. Food Breakfast is good; with an egg station, a range of Asian food, fruit, etc. it’s not as extensive as many Western resort breakfasts but you should find something to most tastes. The main menu is delicious; we’ve been really really happy with everything we’ve eaten so far, some off the scale nice curries. The menu is also really good for children, with burgers, pizza, spaghetti bolognaise all available and done really well Ambience The place is beautifully laid out and the lagoon adds an incredible atmosphere, with the whole resort set up against a mangrove jungle area. We travel a lot (my wife runs a travel business) but the resort is really quite different from anywhere we’ve stayed before, and in my mind all the better for it. Things to improve A few bits were slightly negative; the shower pressure and temperature is pretty variable so they could improve this; we arrived early before our room was ready so we didn’t get a chance to go to the room by gondola which was a really cool thing they offer normally on arrival and we’d have really loved. Strangest of all is that they don’t serve alcohol; this wasn’t a massive problem for us as we’re not huge drinkers. It’s also easily solved as

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel staff were all amazing and very helpful. They collected us from the pier with our bags and carried them directly to the room, and the same leaving the island. The hotel is all individual tree top cabins. This can be a hike/long walk up a hill to the room depending on which one you stay in. The hotel is located on the beach with a private beach which is lovely. You can walk across the beach for 3 minutes to the main path around Phi Phi. 5 minute walk from the hotel to restaurants/shops. Taking 15 minutes to walk to the pier. Or you can get a tail boat taxi directly from the hotel beach to take you around the island or day trips. The hotel’s breakfast was 5/10. The average buffet style breakfast. The pool bar doesn’t exist when we were there and doesn’t look like it has been open in a long time. The rooms were cleaned everyday. I would not recommend the hotel for young children or people with reduced mobility.

GGuest UserWe planned to stay at this hotel for two nights. We checked in and reception looked ok. There was no lift to get to the bedrooms so had to carry the suitcases and bag packs up the stairs. We walked into the room and honestly I have no words! There was bugs everywhere, it was dirty, stains on the sheets. The bed was like concrete and we immediately knew we could not stay in that room. When trying to get out the door would also not lock. The couple we were travelling with had an even worse room then ours. These rooms were on a very busy loud street. We went to reception and they showed my partner a different rooms that both couples have. This was better but these rooms were NOT under PP Charlie hotel this was under PP Princess hotel. The woman reassured that this was a quiet room. The room was bigger and more comfortable, a lot more like the pictures provided upon the PP Charlie website. Most importantly it was clean and the air con worked. This room was double the price on top of what we had already payed. On the night we again had to ask to move as the base of music from a tattoo shop had the bed vibrating. The hotel was accommodating in letting us move 3 doors up where it was more quiet. The swimming pool is nothing at all like the pictures. Please do not be fooled by the pictures of this hotel. This hotel needs a lot of TLC.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 12 nights in march 2023. We have no bad things to say about this hotel - the rooms are lovely, the pool is amazing with beautiful views of greenery and the sunset. Breakfast is very peaceful as you sit looking out over the view, and was quiet each day we ate. We tried the floating breakfast one morning which cost 300 baht (around £7.50 for 2 people). This was lovely and felt very luxurious. There is a free shuttle to and from the beach/high street however we decided to rent a motorbike from reception which at first we were sceptical about getting it up and down the hill with 2 people on but we did it multiple times a day with no issues. The staff were very helpful, sorting our airport transfers and motorbike quickly, and the maids were very kind too. Overall we would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area and want to stay somewhere with luxury for a good price. Thank you, Andakiri!!

FFlyer53297We had a 3 day stay at Nadivana Serviced Apartments. We booked a small room which was at the back of the property which we didn't mind at all. The room was clean and large with a great shower. Coffee available in the room and if you wanted there were all kinds of things in the ”mini bar” available for purchase rather than running to a store. It's a bit further away from the beach but there are shuttles every 2 hours going to the beach and it's nice to be away from all the heavy tourist activity anyway. We were able to try some different beach areas which suited us very well. Simen the owner was very helpful with questions about the area, Thailand, or even to help with minor issues in the apartment. The pool is very nice and we loved it! It has a small pool bar where we sat one night and chatted with other occupants. The food was very good at dinner and the breakfast was a great value as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nadivana and would book it again if were were to return to Krabi.
