Everything was great we lined the serenity , location and peace in the residence. Pool was ok very private not noisy. Staff were extremely polite and very helpful.
The only thing missing were games at least snooker or tennis or bicycles to go around the property and the backyard. We booked two rooms they were pretty large but phone was not working in one of them.
Breakfast and food were not available and all shops nearby opened late so breakfast was hard to get. Anyway we hired bikes to move around so it was ok. 7/11 also just round the corner😊😊
Overall we liked the place n the staff . Very prompt service 😊😊😊

This hotel is terrible. The shower is broken and the air conditioner is very loud. It is not worth the price.

While travelling in Thailand, we got the flu and ended up spending 10nights here rather than 2, as planned. Our hotel room had a small patio overlooking the pool. The room was quiet and very clean. The hotel staff were very accommodating. The pool is lovely, there is shade and deck chairs. This hotel is very close to everything, walking distance to the beach. Good water pressure, cold air conditioning. If there was a restaurant, I would give this 5 stars.

The worst hotel i have been in my life. The bed was like sleeping on the floor, Very hard. The AC stopped 5 times during out 4 days stay in the midle of the night and couldnt sleep Well. The shower was not working and stopped twice while bathing. Overall not worth a penny.

This is the worse experience in my life, we booked it for 5 nights but asked to leave after 5 minutes which they refuse , the balcony is dangerous, the hand rails is not hold and shaking, they installed the AC module in the balcony blowing hot air rendering the balcony unusable. The bathrooms is dirty, moldy and rusty, the shower head is put together with zip ties and is just dirty as per the pictures I've attached. The shower head does not hold and splashes water everywhere and even on the water heater installed just next to it. While taking a shower the water stopped flowing while I was still covered with soap, my wife went to notify the reception but we haven't seen them since, i had to clean myself with a towel. In one of the rooms the AC was not working and just moving warm air. The pool water is cloudy and filled with dirt, the poos shower is just disgusting we did not dear to enter the pool.

Avant d’aller dans cet hôtel, j’ai lu beaucoup d’avis très négatifs et je pense que c’est un peu abusé. Le check-in s’est passé très bien. La chambre est spacieuse et propre (j’ai fait ma petite inspection vu les commentaires). Les coussins sont très durs et j’ai eu du mal à dormir. Il y a aussi du bruit avec les hostels aux alentours. Bref, il y a une belle piscine. Je ne sais pas si l’hôtel propose un petit déjeuner car on mangeait dehors. D’ailleurs, je suis très fan du breakfast et des pizzas aussi au Hostel Nomads en face du Pano. Bref, ce n’est pas le grand luxe, mais l’hôtel est fonctionnel et est très bien situé, et ça ne me dérangerait pas d’y retourner.
