In our area, there are Mc Donald, Subway, 7-11, restaurants (cafe 8.89, the most popular restaurant), banks and other shops located at this project, so it is easy for you to shop and come back at the apartment to rest, watch sunset on the rooftop, swimming or even to exercise at the gym,

The apartment has total area of 42sqm on 4th floor and it has been well furnished with all the amenities/appliances to accommodate your stay with full kitchen (microwave, refri, stove, dish sink, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, plate, spoon, knife, wine opener, pot, fried pan and other stuff) for you to cook your meals.
