Chanapha Residence

Unfortunately, we were only in this wonderful place for 16 days in March/April 2022. If there were 6 stars, even these would be appropriate for us. If you are not looking for a lot of hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place for you. It only takes 15 minutes by car to get to the hustle and bustle of the beach town of Ao Nang with a beautiful beach, which we also visited several times, and to cafes and shops. We were able to rely blindly on recommendations from Deng and especially Georg, who advised us according to our wishes. SO we also found beaches and places that we would hardly have found even with our Thai SIM card. We were also happy to follow Georg and Deng to invitations from their various friends from all over the world. Both are wonderful hosts. To breakfast with various fruits, eggs prepared to order, bacon and a very tasty bread that Georg always organized from a French baker. In the evening there were very tasty dishes, mostly Thai, but also dishes to European tastes. There were also unusual dishes, such as grilled ants on my special request or whole grilled fish. The bar also provided us with excellent English whiskey and very good European wine. The accommodation was larger and better equipped than one would have expected. We were always pleased with a large floor-level shower and a very good bed. The room was more like a larger suite and had a very large terrace. The pool and the pool table rounded off the offer. We can only warmly recommend Chanapha Residenz and would be happy to come back. Sabine and Johannes Weissenberger

Il faut être là,au moins une fois … ..Parce que il y a Daeng et George,généreux propriétaires pour lesquels l’accueil et l’hospitalité sont essentiels.. ..Parce que le lieu est charmant : belles villas thaïes à la solide construction,chambres spacieuses,salles de bains fonctionnelles ..par ce que le jardin tropical parfaitement entretenu entoure une piscine où l’on peut nager ..parce que les petits déjeuners y sont délicieux,les repas excellents ..parce que le staff est présent,efficace et bienveillant ..et pour tout le reste …les chants d’oiseaux le matin,les coqs et les poules,les chiens de la maison sympathiques et malins,les scooters,le chant du muezzin,les apéritifs ,les draps frais… Et parce que l’on est là ,à la campagne mais que tout est à portée d’un tour en scooter Alors pour nous c’était retour à Chanapha Résidence,séjour prévu avec Éric pour un mois ,transformé en deux mois, et nous nous souviendrons de surtout revenir… Ka Pom!
