Best Hotels near ITALIAN FACTORY OUTLET, Kounoupidiana

From the very beginning the owner welcomed us with such care. The place itself it’s located perfectly outside the rush of people but yet still so close to the city of Chania (8/10mins by car). The establishment is super nice and well kept surrounded by bamboo and olive trees. The rooms are near each other and most of them are overlooking the pool. Room itself was very very clean and towels,bedsheets,products were smelling really nice. You can see that the place is well maintained and taken very good care of! It’s also PET FRIENDLY with stray cats(which you’ll see either in the morning or at night without even bothering you) another reason why we booked this establishment as we brought our own dog which was well accepted without any additional costs or useless comments. Our holiday is still ongoing as we booked for 5 days but it’s a must to leave a positive comment to such a beautiful place and people. To who ever sees this post don’t think twice and just book it! Can only echo all the other reviews. From the moment you enter the clean smart reception there is an air of total relaxation. all of the staff were very attentive without being over the top. Special mentions go to Manager owner Petros whose genuine customer service and caring sets the culture for the entire hotel to restaurant staff Manolo and Anastasia both of whom are great characters and made the stay extremely enjoyable. The food was absolutely AMAZING the milanese risotto with ossobucco takes a lot of beating but this was surpassed by the lobster and scallop soup (see photo). We could not fault the room either. Yes is was one of the top rooms the dome suite 532 and yes the views from both inside and the pool were great. There was the coastal rd but did not interfere with the relaxing vibe. Prices within the hotel were very fair, often cheaper than outside (which is fantastic based on the quality). The Cretan wines recommended by Manolo were some of the best we have experienced. Would certainly book this again, just looking for the excuse now.

My Wife and I wanted a relaxing break in the sun so we booked this hotel as it offered the Honeymoon Suite which was self contained with private pool. On our arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who helped to check us in and then we were taken too our suite in a buggy by a very friendly Porter who took care of our cases while we looked around our amazingly spacious and beautiful Suite. We couldn't get over the size of our suite including the pool outside eating area and two chill out areas not forgetting the outstanding views over the Mediterranean Sea. The service and friendliness of all the staff was always welcoming including Stelios Who always asked how we were and how our day had been. The Restaurant staff always welcomed us and were there for what ever we needed including Artemis, Katerina Maria and Giorgos. The Bar staff Giaumis and the two Giorgos' were always friendly and happy to make any cocktail we asked for and even the Flaming Sambucas that were impressive. Cristian was so friendly and came and sat with us for chats and even card games Such a nice Guy Well done in your first season in Crete. We Were treated two a bottle of bubbly and a selection of fruit just a day into our stay also a few days later a selection of sweet pastries and two bottles of Raki which was an experience in its self. The day before our departure we received a complimentary bottle of wine which was also a nice touch. Our Cleaners were so nice and friendly and kept our suite clean and also the outside space such hard workers.Thank you Ladies ! The Staff on reception led by Michalitsa were always on hand to help with anything from bus timetables to printing off our forms and much more. Back to our Suite we cant say enough great things about this it was the best we have ever had the pleasure to stay in everything was spot on and the views including the sunsets were amazing. On our last day we were given a goodie bag by Michalitsa which was such a nice touch and the bag with all the names on and the card as well so nice Thank you. Dimitris you have a wonderful Hotel and Spa and your Staff are a true Credit to you. A Big Thank you to all of you for making our stay at MR&MRS WHITE an enjoyable and relaxing one.

Hotel location is very good, a few minutes walk from the old town, breakfast is very good, the front desk service is also very good, the room is not big, but the design is very reasonable, there is a balcony, blowing, very comfortable

Historisches Hotel mit traumhafter Lage im venezianischen Hafen. Wir wurden von Eva herzlich empfangen und bekamen viele nette Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Chania. Das Hotel hat einen bezaubernden Charme mit herzlichen Menschen. Die Zimmer haben einen ganz besonderen Zauber und das gesamte Hotel ist liebevoll gestaltet. Das Frühstück konnten wir im hauseigenen Café/Weinbar mit Blick auf den Hafen und den Leuchtturm einnehmen. Wir durften aus einer Auswahl an griechischen Köstlichkeiten wählen, angefangen von Joghurt, Honig, frischem Obst, Käse, Oliven, frisch gepresstem Orangensaft .... ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Dankeschön an das gesamte Alcanea-Team. Sollten wir wieder einmal in der Nähe sein ... wir kommen gerne wieder!
