I was looking for a place to stay with my dog ​​where I could relax in a room with an open-air bath, and booked Torabai, which will open in June 2024. My dog ​​has allergies and has restrictions on what he can eat, so I was grateful that they had prepared snacks that he could eat. The dog run is large enough for my dog, and there are plenty of items to clean up if he makes a mess, so I don't have to worry. The lounge next to it has alcohol, snacks, and dog treats, which is great. The room was more than enough for my husband and I and our dog, and the open-air bath was large enough for him to stretch his legs and relax in. There was a dog bath, so I let him try the foot bath and also tried putting on a dog bathrobe. The meals at dinner and breakfast were both filling and delicious. I also liked the way the radishes on the sashimi were carved into the shape of dog paws and bones. I've stayed at inns with my dog ​​several times before, but this was the most calm and relaxing time he's had. I guess it was good that he could eat meals with us and never be separated from us. It was a great place to stay, with the dedicated staff at Torabai doing everything they can to make your dog comfortable. I'll definitely come back!

It started with a koto performance in the lobby, matcha tea, and sweets, and the room, food, and bath were all amazing! ! There are two baths, and I usually choose one of them, but at this inn, I tried the second one, and both were really nice. The food was very elaborate and tasted great in a relaxed atmosphere. Of course, I was impressed by the heartfelt hospitality! I immediately recommended it to my friends. Please stay at Kobaitei as it is. I will definitely visit again!

We stayed here to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. I was able to spend a relaxing time in a room with an open-air bath. The person in charge of dinner was cheerful and the food was delicious. I was so impressed that they changed my husband's meal plans based on his chronic illness and likes and dislikes, and even rewrote the menu for my husband! I was also happy to receive a small souvenir plate and sweets called oiri. The club lounge also has a special feel, and since I was staying on a weekday, it was almost reserved. It was fun to look at the many photos of Kabuki actors and photos of His Majesty the Emperor staying there. The reason I gave it a 4 star rating was because I was offered matcha and rusk during the hospitality service at check-in, but my husband can't drink matcha, so I would have been happy if he had asked about it. The temperature was high, and the room was so hot that it was hard to sleep even with the windows open, as the air conditioning was not individual. Other than that, I am satisfied with the hotel and would like to stay there again.

Since my birthday was Sunday, I took him there for the night on Saturday. I used the private open-air bath and the large public bath on the 1st and 2nd floors, and they were all just the right temperature. We used the private bath in the evening, so it had a nice view and was more than enough size for a family of three. My favorite part of the public bath was the indoor bath on the first floor, which had the warmth of wood and the smell of cypress. Since my child is small, I chose a dinner plan in a private room. I was very grateful that they prepared two types of chairs for children at the table in the Japanese-style room, and that they brought the child's meal first even though I didn't order it. I would like to thank the staff in charge of the meals for their kindness, preparing birthday plates for dessert, and receiving gifts from the hotel. Breakfast was a buffet, which was nice as I was hoping for a buffet! Restaurant Maruchu's atmosphere made me feel a little better, and there was a wide variety of food to choose from, so I ended up checking out at the last minute, so if you have children, I recommend arriving early. (We were there at 8:30.) We asked for photos at the entrance, and they were very good at taking pictures, and everyone in the building was smiling and talking to our children.We had a great time. I'm really thankful to you!

金比羅山に行くために一泊しましたが、全てにおいて良かった。 スタッフの対応をはじめ部屋、料理、お風呂全て良かったです。 ※縁日はもう少しお祭り感はほしかったかな…。（幼児や低学年にはいいと思うけど） 料理はバイキングでしたが、様々な種類があり満足。高知にも行く予定でしたが、カツオのタタキもあり、ここで満足出来るレベルで美味しかったです！ お風呂は露天のある1階よりも地下の方が広く感じ、個人的にはそちらの方が良かった。

スタッフさんの対応と本当にとてもよく、気にかけていただき楽しく快適に過ごすことができました。 夫の誕生日祝いの旅行だったのですが、お部屋やたくさんのお風呂を楽しみ、お腹がはち切れそうなぐらい美味しいご飯を食べ、ラウンジでゆったり過ごし、、と最高の時間を過ごせました。まだまだ滞在したいぐらいでしたので、また絶対お伺いしたいと思います。 台風直撃で本当にキャンセルしようか、行けるかと、とっても不安の中でしたが、無事に宿泊させていただけよかったです。ありがとうございました！

連泊しました、いつもながら良いサ―ビス、食事の一品一品のクオリティーが高いです。ロ―ストビーフ美味し過ぎる、品数も多く満足です。 プ―ルは生憎台風で中止で少し残念でしたが、ホテル内でも充分くつろげ子供たちも楽しめました。ありがとうございました。次回泊まるときもよろしくお願いします。
