Although a basic need such as heating should have been met by the hotel in January, our room was cold and we reported the situation to the reception. They said they could give me the air conditioner remote control for a certain fee. This is the first time in my life that I encounter such a ridiculous situation. We also had problems parking our car, there are no contracted parking lots, you leave it somewhere and pay for it. The sheets etc. were also completely torn. It's better to throw away the money you paid, at least you can get it back. I would never recommend this hotel…

We experienced the absolute worst of disgrace. The heater in the room was not fully on, we asked for the air conditioner remote control in the room and they charged 30 TL. The toilet and bathroom are a disgrace, the beds smell. Service is zero.
