Ozkaymak Konya Hotel

We, 4 adult women, went to Özkaymak hotel for a day to get SPA service. When we entered, there were 5 or 6 women with 17 or 18 children, a mix of boys and girls, who never stopped shouting and turning it into a playground. Despite our warning, they started to make more noise, and while the tension between the customers was up to this point, the staff came and warned us that no one had the right to disturb anyone. While we thought we would go to the hotel SPA and enjoy the weekend, it turns out we went to a place worse than the public bath. We have gone to a completely disgraceful place, from the way the officials speak to the people they let in. Apart from these, the pool, Turkish bath, sauna and steam were dirty as hell. When we entered the bath, we had to clean for half an hour. We told the attendant that this place is very dirty, we have been cleaning for half an hour and the ribbons of the henna organization from the previous day were still there. He said this place is dirty because of people like you :) It's a disgusting business and I never recommend it because of its immoral employees. It's better to go to the public bath.

Otel personeli oldukça kötü ve yetersiz Odalar konforsuz eski ve pis. Hijyenin olmadığı bir otel..resepsiyondaki çalışanlar ve girişte sizi karşılayan genç görevli haricinde tüm herşeyin değişmesi şart. Birdaha asla konaklamam. Verdiğiniz parayı çöpe atın daha iyi

Bence geniş odaları, konumu, rahat yatakları ve hizmetiyle Konya’da makul fiyatlara kalınabilecek bir otel. Bir otelde temizlik, yemek kalitesi, hizmet ve odanın ferah olması yanında en çok sevdiğim ayrıcalık bir çekyat ve koltuktur. Bu özellik size evinizdeki gibi rahat olmayı sağlıyor, yatakta çalışmak veya Tv izlemek bana hep zor gelmiştir. Bu otelin en çok sevdiğim yanı koltukları ve geniş odaları oldu. Bundan sonra başka otel aramam iki katı fiyat vermeyede hiç gerek yok.
